It's a very good experience. The hotel is very hygienic and the environment is good. The staff are also very enthusiastic. The children had a lot of fun and the items we needed were quickly delivered to the room. The housekeeper Wang Hao and other staff were very enthusiastic to help us find the items left in the room. The family room I bought for 1,990 yuan actually only included two breakfasts and two tickets. Children aged 1.2 and older need to pay extra for breakfast and tickets. What is the difference between this and a double room! There was a layer of dust on the headboard of the bunk bed in the room. It was a rainy day when we went there. When we entered the room, we found two cushions under the TV. They were filled with water. They must have been dragged in from the balcony. No warning was given. The bathroom was always full of water. There is a peculiar smell of water and there is hair on the bath towel. If you are not a child who is interested in Ultraman, I strongly do not recommend going to Haichang! The nearby "Only Henan" and the movie town within ten minutes' drive are much more fun than Haichang Ocean Park!

房間很乾凈衞生～處處都是奧特曼的元素～娃很喜歡，在公園裡玩心心念唸的都是想回酒店裡麪～酒店裡的工作人員服務很周到，熱情，貼心的幫我們升級了房間，帶小院的感覺真的很不一樣～對於喜歡奧特曼得孩子來説！這個是必選的！孩子都捨不得離開了！

這次是第二次來到鄭州海昌奧特曼主題酒店了，服務特別好，在入住當天早上就打電話建議加管家微信以便更好地進行服務。孩子來到酒店以後就像回到家一樣，完全沒有陌生感，滿滿的酒店工作人員的熱情服務，非常愉快！太值得一去了！

設施：很不錯哦，很關照小朋友，有小朋友專用的拖鞋、洗浴用品、小小馬桶圈等等 吹風機也是戴森的 衞生：乾淨衞生，沒有異味，洗澡的水量很大 環境：我們住一樓還有個小院子 服務：客服都很熱情，每件事情交代的清清楚楚，還有專門的微信管家服務，服務周到

來海昌玩就帶孩子來這邊的奧特曼酒店入住，首先有一説一環境不錯，但是酒店附近的餐食有點少，酒店裡的餐食可供選擇的品類也不多，基本都是簡餐和牛排漢堡，餐廳還是有些少，其次，我們住的是奧特曼家庭房，本來想打前台電話想送幾瓶水，但是沒有一個電話能打通，總體來説還可以，希望下次來能有改進，推介還是不錯的
