The family room I bought for 1,990 yuan actually only included two breakfasts and two tickets. Children aged 1.2 and older need to pay extra for breakfast and tickets. What is the difference between this and a double room! There was a layer of dust on the headboard of the bunk bed in the room. It was a rainy day when we went there. When we entered the room, we found two cushions under the TV. They were filled with water. They must have been dragged in from the balcony. No warning was given. The bathroom was always full of water. There is a peculiar smell of water and there is hair on the bath towel. If you are not a child who is interested in Ultraman, I strongly do not recommend going to Haichang! The nearby "Only Henan" and the movie town within ten minutes' drive are much more fun than Haichang Ocean Park!

Hotels don’t have the resources to watch Ultraman. If you want to watch Ultraman, you have to spend money to buy it. Even Ultraman has to buy everything. It looks ugly.

比上海的強太多！！上海的是員工宿舍改造，房間小且户型單一，鄭州的給我們太多驚喜，兩家人可以有兩室一廳兩衞，房間很新造景也比上海的多且大！整個酒店都是一層的小院景，晚上在園區散步隨處可見的奧特曼元素，孩子們超級喜歡～

中秋小假期，帶着孩子來追光，酒店服務很貼心，外賣小哥找不到方向，酒店前台人員幫忙電話引導，管家王浩也很細心，每天都有發時間節目表，還幫延遲退房。主要是孩子很開心，到了他的光之國！很開心的一次旅行。

設施：酒店內環境還可以，住的是一樓面朝廣場，但是房間隔音好，上午基本聽不到嘈雜的聲音，床也非常舒服。孩子很喜歡上下鋪的床，晚上自己睡的很開心。但是奧特曼的餐廳不大，早餐品種相比於這個酒店的價格，還是少了一些。 衞生：乾淨整潔，我住的這間房的沒有裝修的異味，排風扇的聲音也小。 環境：地理位置距市區五十分鐘左右車程，周邊配套還是太少了，能吃飯的地方除了酒店內，也就旁邊的杉杉奧萊或者普羅理想國，酒店套餐裏所包含的景區門票可以享受一個在住期間多次出入園區的權益，如果是親子旅遊強烈推薦，玩累了就回酒店休息，唯獨就是現在是淡季，景區也沒有了夜場，玩耍的時間比較少。 服務：這次體驗感最棒的就是管家服務，離入住前一天就會有管家提前聯繫，詢問抵達時間和特殊需求，我們遇到的是管家王浩，是位很負責的管家，在住期間衹要有問題直接問管家王浩就好。因為帶着孩子事情就比較多，到店後還有一位姓呂經理，很熱情的幫我們解決一些困難，他們周到的服務和幫助讓我對這個酒店好感倍增，十分感謝他們。

家庭房是在樓上窗户很小，就像閣樓小窗似的。感覺跟壓抑，很悶。然後我們升級了庭院家庭房，就感覺好了很多。但是無論住樓上還是樓下的庭院都有裝修的味道，而且味道很重… 衞生更不要説了茶水台上有頭髮。而且不愧是奧特曼主題房間“房間裏真的有怪獸”等會大家可以看下我的圖片。希望以後能夠注意一下細節，雖然不是星級酒店，但是住宿價格也不低啊。 再説一下早餐，差！感覺不如一個小連鎖酒店…

沒有哪一個小男孩能抵住奧特曼的誘惑吧，酒店裡無處不在的奧特曼元素，環境、衞生、服務都很在線。早餐也非常豐富，入住可以不限制進出次數，中間回酒店歇了歇，傍晚又繼續進去玩，感覺很超值。

房間很乾凈，孩子的洗漱用品、浴袍、拖鞋一應俱全，還有泡澡的浴缸，孩子很喜歡。酒店還送了抓娃娃的硬幣，技術不行，沒抓着😅，就圖了一樂。房間的高低床孩子也很喜歡，賴在上邊不願意下來…😂房間還送了孩子奧特曼玩偶，真心不錯！
