When traveling to Zhongmou, I accidentally discovered a very unique hotel. After booking, the housekeeper Xiaobai took the initiative to contact us about our preferences. The service was considerate and he arranged a room with a view of the Ferris wheel for us. The hotel is very new, with complete facilities and a warm layout. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night due to our tight schedule. We hope to come back next time.

On the 23rd and 24th, I went to Zhengzhou Haichang Ocean Park for vacation and leisure. Entering Haichang Ocean Park Resort Hotel, your eyes light up, you can enjoy the peaceful vacation mode, immerse yourself in the world of the ocean, and feel the charm and mystery of the ocean... 🧚♀️ In addition, the butler Xiaobai is very considerate, I also gave the children small gifts when we checked in.

The room was very spacious, fully equipped with children's supplies, and very clean. There was a Ferris wheel outside the window, but it was a pity that we didn't see the night view of the Ferris wheel due to the weather. The sound insulation effect of the glass windows in the room is very good. You can only hear the broadcast from the park when you open the window. The breakfast buffet in the hotel restaurant is complete and delicious, and the environment is clean and comfortable. The hotel is very close to Haichang, so it is very convenient to visit. The service is also very considerate, and the enthusiastic young lady Jingjing greets me at the door. A very pleasant excursion.

The price increase during the Spring Festival is understandable, but there is no place to park, and it has to be parked far away. The room hygiene is very poor. The bathrobes used by previous residents have not been replaced (because the sleeves look like they have been used and rolled up). The hair dryer has also been used before. The user has used blow-dried hair, the breakfast bread cannot be bitten, almost all are semi-finished products made by himself, the room also smells, the neck is itchy and uncomfortable after sleeping all night, and the experience is very poor.

I lost my charger in the room. I called and asked to look for it, but there was no reply. I couldn’t find it and didn’t even reply.

酒店很新，房間挺大，感覺挺乾淨。 房間裏已經備好小朋友的洗漱用品和拖鞋。 窗外就能看到園區，對着摩天輪。 服務也很親切。 早餐人比較多，8點半左右貌似用餐高峯，會要尋找位子。早餐品種還是比較豐富的。 總體體驗感不錯。

入住前一天賓客服務部的管家就主動致電給我們！詢問入住時間和需要！特別要感謝賓客服務經理樊利強，最後一晚孩子突然發高燒！早上又發生了一些小不愉快，他很好的處理了並贈送了一個小禮物給孩子！還有特別感恩賓客服務部的白夢茹小姐姐！孩子在園突然又發燒了，她趕忙送來了冰寶貼！在這麼炎熱的中午等我們許久！下次入住會繼續選擇這裏 感恩！

酒店的服務特別好，所以我們又續住了一天，因為小朋友生日讓酒店幫忙做了生日佈置，管家小白主動幫助我們預約了生日禮遇，假期人多，生日權益剛好可以派上用場，大大提升了遊玩效率，回到酒店又給小朋友送上了小甜品，假期客流大的時候還能做到這麼細心的服務，值得點贊。
