早餐僅有兩個熱菜和炒麪，吃完不到十分鐘還拉肚子了，不知道是因為牛奶過期了還是菜太涼了，住過所有漢庭裏面最差的，前台態度很好，餐廳是外包的吧！

這個差評主要是給辦理入住戴眼鏡的小姑娘的，服務生硬，告知在第三方平台預訂入住一定要關注華住公眾號，並註冊會員，且填寫個人訊息。住過華住旗下的全季、歡閣從來沒碰到過這種情況，想説自己已是華住基礎會員，並在App上填寫過個人訊息，結果小姑娘腦電波與客人不在同一頻道上，答覆風牛馬不相及，説已在第三方平台預訂，不能再用APP預訂，態度強勢，服務非常不專業。而打掃阿姨則聚眾在客房敞着門聊天；房間裏的電視機部分頻道是無聲的，淋浴房的門是關不緊的；早餐咖啡豆用完了，説保管咖啡豆的人去開會了，拿不到，我頭頂問號，你專人保管沒問題，但保管的人都不盤貨嗎？當然部分服務人員包括人工叫早的小哥哥，退房時温柔的小姐姐，能記住客人前後點餐順序的麪檔阿姨，還是很好的。但從細節看品質，該酒店的管理是鬆散的，服務流程則存在瑕疵，做為一個標準化的酒店，搞成這樣，該酒店管理層應該反思。

以前都沒發現這個寶藏平台，感覺虧了一個億，以後一定先來網上預訂，超讚酒店硬件設施都非常不錯，值得一提的是服務人員素質都很高，是一次非常滿意的體驗了不愧評價這麼高，可以算是實至名歸了，會推薦給朋友的在高層能夠通過窗户看到遠處，讓心情變得更好了第一次體驗就覺得非常滿意，確實是來放鬆的好地方，今後會常來的這個地方真的適合各種人羣來玩來體驗呀，好評噢
