酒店床上有個活蹦亂跳的蟲子，找酒店前台説免費升房，升的還不如之前的好，還説免費延遲到下午兩點，我真的很在意那延遲兩個小時的退房時間嗎，服務一點都不好

電競房連wifi都沒有很奇葩。説是電競房本來就沒有wifi有電腦就行，要連wifi可以連別人房間的。也沒有退房提示。一百四十多的單人電競續房，讓續一百七十多的雙人電競，説是房間一樣。那為啥會有兩個價格？有點不理解。

房間本來就沒有隔音入住的房間挨着電機房，一直噠噠的響，和前台溝通能不能換個房間前台那個小姐態度很不友好説換不了，最後我説話就不了那就退了吧，她超過十五分鐘了就不能退了，要退衹能退按金態度很傲慢，最後我們報警了她還是一副不在乎的樣子，我説你做不了主可以把經理叫過來人家都不搭理裏。最後估計還是派出所聯繫了老闆這才出來給換了個房間。

和朋友一起開了4個房間，衞生各方面很好，夜班的服務態度太差了，讓幫忙刷個電梯因為睡覺不願意起來，退房超了，36分鐘，按一個小時算，連着住了好幾天，服務態度實在是太差了，以後不會再住了

獨自旅行選擇了羅曼酒店，酒店環境非常好，衞生方面很到位，免費停車，免費洗衣，周邊小吃非常方便。二樓就是桌球廳，還有大型超市，離地鐵口很近，房間配的有免費的礦泉水，下雨天還有免費的雨傘租用，很有愛心的酒店，旅遊的好歸宿，值得大家來體驗!

酒店衞生很乾凈，前台小姐姐很好，在這住很多天，退房的時候U盤丟在房間裏了，聯繫前台小姐姐幫忙找一下，回去取的時候前台小姐姐特意幫忙放好了！！👍👍👍👍👍
