我們太冷了，其實可不能不會考慮了，而且地下車庫有點黑，300多我覺得不是很值這個價錢，攜程上定的，冬天定了500一間的房間，都冷，反正我對於攜程的民宿感到很失望，導致我都不敢定民宿，不到200一間的酒店，我都覺得暖和兒了，這間房，不是很推薦，就是很冷，我的腰都疼了，肩膀我也很疼，給我凍的，我還帶着孩子，得虧開車來的給孩子帶了小被子，我們就差給我自已帶被子了，冷，不值這個價，樓裏面其實感覺人很少，晚上還是挺嚇人的

一室一廳一廚一衞的佈局，兩個人出遊房間寬闊，沒有暖氣，客廳和卧室各有一個空調。卧室空調還是很暖和的，客廳的不夠制熱。看到還有洗衣機，設施很齊全。房東也很好，沒到入住時間也讓我們提前放行李了。

房間很大很乾凈！家庭出行就住這個很合適。位置也很好，附近早中晚餐都有，來衹有河南玩，住這裏很近，來回打車也就十分鐘，超級方便～比酒店好，有個陽台，能曬衣服～有一次性毛巾和浴巾，房東人也很好，會發一個詳細的路線圖，以及附近美食推薦。我人都走了退房了，他還幫我退了個快遞。門衞大爺也非常熱心，幫忙代收快遞

離景區位置近，樓下配套方便，各種飯店超市夜市早餐店數碼店，還有理髮店葯店水果店，衣服不小心破了竟然樓下也有補的，絕了！房間價格實惠，還提供一次性毛巾浴巾，都是免費的，好評！。

作為衹有河南的老粉每次來都住這，表示挺滿意，附近住宿的地方都住過，總體對比起來這裏樓下配套比較方便，吃飯買東西便利，比較有生活氣息，民宿價格也不高，並且老闆人挺好的，推薦

來鄭州海昌海洋公園玩的 民宿位置比較方便 房間也很乾凈 這個價格真的已經性價比比較高了，最重要的是樓下吃飯確實比較方便，出來玩睡個覺而已，已經超出預期，推薦。

位置好找，距離衹有河南10分鐘車程打車10塊錢左右，很方便。
房間佈置非常古色古香，生活用品一應俱全，比如一次性浴巾一次性毛巾一次性馬桶墊等。
