前台服務特別差，房間打開床上就看見頭髮，要求換房間，她還心不甘情不願，然後我們自願要求換房間，沒想到掀開被子又有很多頭髮，水龍頭根本沒有什麼水，讓她拿個枕頭都説沒有，服務態度真的是第一次見這麼差的前台。

這個房間還是比較乾淨，非常智能化，可以自動開窗簾，自動開關燈。馬桶都是自動打開的。燈都是有燈槽的，設計非常用心。
所有以上的都很好，但是就唯獨缺了一點，床墊太垃圾了。睡上去有傾斜感。彈簧承重力太差。花這麼多錢搞了這麼多智能設備，難道就差一張兩三千塊錢的床墊嗎？
另外還有一點，就是那個床單啊，被套感覺對衣物的摩擦力太大，在床上翻身的時候有一種衣物被拉扯的感覺，不知道床單被套什麼材質，不太舒適。

設施：房間水小，熱水就是温水，洗澡澆身上跟冷水一樣，房間那個投影也是歪的，衹能是擺設，沒法使用。電吹風沒有檔位可以調節，吹的也是温風，吹個頭發半天吹不幹。電動窗簾根本就用不起，全靠手動。馬桶是智能馬桶，功能都是擺設，根本沒法使用。差評
服務：服務一般，諮詢一些問題都是生硬的回答。多問幾句還催促。
真的是一次不好的住宿體驗，價跟實際一點兒都不相符合。洗了兩個冷水澡，成功的感冒！
