賓館雖然在一箇舊小區裏面，但新裝修的，各種設施、衞生，還有服務，我還是很滿意的，唯一遺憾就是停車位有點少，我們到得晚，院裏沒地方停，後來發現從後門（人行和電單車通道）出去，有一條街，街兩邊一路都有停車位，而且是免費的，很好停車，車從前門出去，右拐再右拐就到了。最喜歡的是房間裏的各種小桌子，輕便靈活，想放哪就放哪，值得很多同類型的賓館借鑒哦。還有，芷江鴨很好吃，走過路過千萬不要錯過。

入住前以為16年裝修的，有點糾結，但到了賓館看到環境好，房間也挺寬敞，是新裝修的，設施也很先進，老闆娘很熱情，帶的水果也放進來了冰箱，周圍吃的也很方便，一次温馨的入住

雖然是居民樓改造的賓館，房間環境還不錯，像新裝修沒多久，停車在小區內，車位不多，晚上會停滿，唯一不足的地方就是不能開發票，希望老闆早點把發票整起

整個旅館衹有一台桶裝凈水機供應飲用水，早上起來沒有熱水喝，很不方便，以往住旅館民宿或者住酒店都沒碰到過此事。老闆態度還好，衞生設施也蠻乾淨。
