酒店的位置不錯，離芷江龍津風雨橋不遠，這會橋也是目前最大的風雨橋，到芷江抗日受降舊址也不遠，開車十來分鐘。酒店中餐廳的芷江鴨好吃，很有特色，早餐有點簡單，能吃的東西太少啦！

距離龍津風雨橋近，周圍吃的多，吃了體育館的亂七八糟，吃廖記鴨的話一定要早，粉店對面甜水鋪不錯，建議入住，觀影效果不錯

芷江很好的酒店，四星級，住宿有接送，酒店的銷售和前台態度都很好，早餐可以，吃飯去了嘎小黃，步行去天后宮，龍津橋就可以。

從貴州回長沙經過芷江住一晚，出了點小狀況，酒店還是積極處理好了。酒店比較老舊了，但位置還是挺好，晚上出去走走很方便。複式房樓梯設計不好，老公碰了頭，不過房間夠大，崽崽喜歡。

芷江風雨橋值得參訪。
樓下停車場走到底要有轉車處，倒車很麻煩的。
前台服務員語速急促，程序化嚴重，表情皮笑肉不笑，感覺是高高在上拒人千里之外呀。
應該是公務接待多了，沾染了官家氣息。
客房送水果，送糖水、送酸奶，是垃圾車送的，有拖把掛在車上，很不規範，不地道，不尊重客人。
事實就是客觀事實陳述，希望以後要正規培訓才能全面達到四星標準。
感謝客房服務員小騰周到細緻安排到智能客房，非常感謝她的良好用心。
停車場保安服務很是熱情。

酒店位於縣城中心區，距芷江很近，約三百多米，到龍津橋約900米。房間面積足夠用，衞浴乾濕分離，整體衞生乾淨，晚上睡覺安靜。車輛可停在地下車庫。早餐品質一般，菜品不多。
