我們是去貓巷大峽谷遊玩住宿志丹縣，酒店地理位置不錯，靠近正街拐角口旁邊有很多餐館，自駕遊有地下停車場停車方便，減一分是給前台服務，特地説了第二天要早起退房有按金，結果清晨上下樓找了幾圈服務員喊了人敲了門沒動靜，甚至打酒店前台電話（攜程訂的）沒想到服務員就在前台桌子底下睡着。不可能沒聽到無話

房間可以，具體指四樓，客房服務態度好，酒店前台服務很差，停車無人引導，出車無人指揮，前後路被擋住了，問前台也沒人管，讓自己想辦法，如果開車入住，建議另尋酒店。

環境一般，衞生一般，服務呵呵，早上退房，等了好久，打服務電話，前台人員才出來，喝了一瓶水，收費2元。夜裡電梯停電，走步梯上樓。

房間還挺大，就是設備都太老舊，電視屏幕很小還看不了。褥子被子都有破洞，毛巾也不乾淨，房間內的小瓶礦泉水還要收費，也是令人費解。不推薦大家入住
