The front desk staff was patient, enthusiastic, serious and meticulous, and took the trouble to answer every question we had. After arriving at the store, I encountered some troubles when booking a trip to the Yanghe Scenic Area, which was all solved by the front desk of Ximen Chuixue. Because a group temporarily canceled the reservation that day, the hotel offered to upgrade us. The little girl at the front desk (later found out that her surname was Chen) showed us the rooms upstairs and downstairs, so that we could choose a room that we were satisfied with. What moved us the most was the Chinese women's volleyball team's semifinal match against Poland at 5 o'clock in the morning on July 16th. But when we wanted to watch the live broadcast, CCTV Channel 5 never showed the screen. My wife was so anxious that she called the hotel front desk for help. Miss Chen was woken up from her sleep by us. Like her own children, she patiently helped us adjust the TV and let us enjoy watching the wonderful performance of the Chinese women's volleyball team.
