The young boss is friendly and soft spoken. He offered welcome tidbits and a farewell gift.
The only disappointment is the breakfast and breakfast service. It's just a bowl of plain noodle and nothing else. Not even hot beverage offered. And I have to carry the noodles back to the table myself.
Ah yes, the shampoo is so watery that I belief it's diluted.
Hope the boss can look into these areas for improvement.

We have a wonderful stay after a long ride from Guiyang. Received by a sweet and helpful young girl who help us with our itinerary before we start going around the old town. Her reply to our WeChat queries is always immediate whenever we have issue.
We are so thankful to the young boss who upgrade our stay and he shared with us about ZhenYuan. He also help us to book our ride to Kaili. Will visit ZhenYuan again for the next Dragon Boat Festival.

服務：服務滿分，入住當天晚上外出吃飯被大雨困住回不去，老闆主動送來雨傘，出門在外感覺很貼心。

這家民宿真的超出預期！必須給個大大的好評～
我們是半夜才到的，本以為會很麻煩，結果老闆特別熱情，親自帶着我們去停車，一下子就消除了旅途的疲憊💯
訂的河景房太值了！早上拉開窗簾就能看到絕美日出，視野超級好，隨手一拍都是大片。房間裏也特別乾淨，衞生細節做得很到位，住得特別舒心❤️
酒店服務熱情，衞生乾淨整潔，房間温馨寬敞，房間的價格也很實惠，性價比高！得到的不止一次舒適愉悦的入住體驗，還有人間煙火🎇
位置更是沒話説，去哪都方便，周邊逛吃也很方便。下次來還住這兒！

優點：
整體房間挺乾淨
老闆人也挺不錯
停車是在一個充電站，大概500米遠，免費停車
老闆帥哥挺厚道
改善：
位置不太好找，招牌不大，開車很容易開過，單行線，又得跑一圈。
早餐8點開始，又第二天去漂流，早餐就在對面吃了一碗粉。
