態度不好，辦理入住，還吃東西。早晨服務員，在樓道聲音很大，影響客人休息。按金不按時退還，打過去，前台説，忘記了。要是不打電話。估計就不退了。

這家酒店虛有其表吧！衹是看到的外觀很闊氣！也可能是我挑剔！很簡單的一個早餐！沒過早餐時間，什麼都沒有了，直接摔盤下樓外面吃了！床太拉胯了，睡的腰疼！枕頭也不舒服！

首先，服務很好，員工友好，賓至如歸。
其次，看上去房間是挺好的，和圖片一樣。免費停車。（登記車牌號），床品乾淨，床軟硬適中。早餐都是中式，但真的很好吃，本來就想隨便吃一口，結果又去拿了一盤，吃了不少，全吃光了
問題: 裝修有很大問題，樓上一洗澡，牆壁裏下水管裏就巨大的嘩嘩流水聲，隔音很差，沒有包隔音棉。
門基本也是不隔音，住客又愛大聲喧嘩，沒睡太好。
