Foreign friends: don't stay here. The worst experience I've ever had trying to check in - and I've travelled to many remote places in Yunnan over the past six years.
Staff has no clue about rules and regulations, even though I showed them the most up to date rules for foreigners travelling in China.
They tried to stop me from leaving the hotel because they couldn't figure out how to check me in, even though I was very hungry and tired and wanted to eat and go to bed early.
They came to my room at 10pm but still couldn't figure out how to check me in.
And here is the worst: at 8am the manager opened the door of my room and walked in without knocking. There was no inside lock or chain. Luckily I wasn't in the shower.
Awful place that made me feel extremely unwelcome as a foreigner. They made me feel like a criminal because of their incompetence and stupid actions. Very different from most places where staff is helpful even if it's a bit more complicated.

在網上對比了幾家，抱着嘗試的心態定了這家酒店，到酒店時超出了預期。首先是工作人員服務態度很好，熱情周到，打開門後，房間非常乾淨，床鋪也很舒服，睡得特別好。
早餐很有特色也很豐富，大家可以體驗一下。
特別貼心的是，退房時前台服務小美女，怕我路上水不夠喝，特意準備了嗎2瓶水給我路上喝，水雖不值錢，但情義無價，下次來鎮沅還住這裏。

本是自駕遊，路途勞累。差不多晚上10:00多入住，特意定個浴缸大床房，想泡一下解解乏，晚上11:30多，浴缸這邊放不出熱水，洗臉枱和淋浴間都有熱水，心想可能是太晚了，次日早上再看看。到了第二天早上也是一樣放不出熱水。真是定了個寂寞😔…… 無語😓

25日入住酒店，酒店設施維護，在換鎖，酒店説無法更換房間，入住時我已經明確説明下午兩點半後再換鎖，中午要午休。師傅十二點五十就開始施工換鎖，一直持續到下午一點四十。房間內衞生間有異味，房間電源插座有損壞。第二天我重新在平台下單更換房型，辦理入住酒店前台告知無人打掃房間，無法更換，衹能住原房間，但原房間依舊沒有打掃。更奇葩的是晚上12點多房間斷電，連空調都停了。所有情況和酒店反饋全程沒有一句抱歉，差評，極不推薦，十分差評。
