酒店位於鎮沅縣城中心位置，上天猴高速也不遠，酒店停車方便，停車位充足。
酒店房間乾淨整潔，房間無異味，設施比較好用。洗澡熱水較大，比較舒服。唯一不足，晚上房間有類似電流聲音和水聲，雖然時間不長，但是有點影響休息。

我和老伴有幸住在這家酒店，這是一次非常幸運入住，受到前台小蘇小趙兩位服務員熱情接待，非常認真的按排房間，房間大，設施非常好，環境好，乾淨衞生。早歺也很好，歺廳特別的大，夕廳外很獨特，特別温心！
特別感謝小趙，小蘇對我二老照顧，有極會還會再來。再見倆位小朋友，鎮沅大酒店我們會再來的……！

這個酒店可能比較老了，確實設施很糟糕，但是服務態度還是可以的，然後幫了早飯早餐還是值得表揚的，這個價位能給大家吃肉的米線，然後真的還是挺划算的

酒店就在市中心，很方便外出吃飯，離河邊的濕地公園也挺近。住的房間在裏面的樓，裝修比較久了，24年進行了部分翻新，房間有點舊，但床品還不錯，挺舒服的，衞生設施沒那麼新，但熱水出水較快，洗澡熱水很大，很舒服。因為在酒店裡麪的樓，非常安靜，房間的隔音也很好，基本聽不到隔壁房間的聲音，這點很滿意。早餐還不錯，酒店前台工作人員也很熱情，推薦了好幾家本地的美食店，我們去吃了兩次，覺得很不錯。酒店旁邊不遠就有個農貿市場，很熱鬧，特別是週六趕集，好多沒有見過的水果、蔬菜等，價格非常美麗，真是買得好開心。

由於是縣城整體規劃搬遷，酒店規模比較大，特別是歺廳。自助餐也還不錯。前台也很熱情。唯一不理想的是，可能是設計原因，個別建築單元不在一個平面上，高低不平，這對老年人就有摔跤風險。建議加大提醒力度。
