以前的南陽鎮平縣政府招待所，環境佔地及佈局用現在的眼光看是奢侈的。服務中規中矩，安靜安逸是基本的標準。大樓後面還有幾個獨棟帶花園，可能不對外。旅行途中路遇小縣城，按這個標準選擇基本不會錯。

房間佈置的很好，交通便利，周邊設施齊全，停車方便，車位比較多，進出也方便，早餐再豐盛點就好了，以後還會入住的。

路過此地想找高速路口近的酒店，因此選的這家，高速下來還是挺方便，優點：酒店環境好，進門是個庭院式的停車場，房間離馬路遠，安靜，酒店斜對面就有個美食廣場，吃飯方便。缺點：設施陳舊。
