I am foreigner coming with my parents. the most positive is the staff was really nice with us. but I can feel the hotel is a bit old, the mattresses were too hard, and I have been woke up the morning at 7.30 am by out noise. you still need to pay entrance park ticket and the ticket office is far from the hotel. if you want to see the waterfall at night you still need to purchase one more ticket. 這要不是旅遊旺季在黃果樹景區附近，誰那麼燒包花六七百定這水平的酒店那也是醉了。 房間裝修感覺跟自如租房的水平差不多，床墊特別軟，腰不太好根本受不了一點。空調對着床吹風，睡覺的時候吹的很難受。地面是瓷磚，連個地板地毯都沒有。屋裡沒有沙發，沒有椅子，甚至沒有個凳子墩子，要坐衹能坐床上。然後靠窗的床還是個斜角，起來就撞頭。窗户在底下衹有一小條，通風很差，約等於沒窗。 浴巾毛巾也沒有，更別説浴袍了，不可能的。我們洗完澡衹能拿一次性的浴巾一點點擦乾，男生還好，女生長頭髮真的擦到我心累。 後面是山，旁邊是爛尾樓，感覺這個酒店所在的地方也是新開發出來的，過去景區門口也是有一段距離的。接送到景區的車一早七點才開，我們也沒坐，因為自己過去六點半到門口排隊已經人山人海了，都得一個小時才到大瀑布景區，這要是七點才出發過去，路上再堵車，多一分鐘得多一操場人吧。 最坑的是服務，我們晚上到的時候7點趕上前面剛下了一場大暴雨，酒店竟然停電了，電梯也不能用，也無法辦理入住。問什麼時候能來電，前台説也不知道，就讓我們在一樓沙發等着。等了半個多小時，中間沒有任何慰問，也不説給倒杯水，安撫一下什麼的。去問有沒有應急發電設備，説沒有柴油了現買去了。最後等到7點半多了市政部門給修好了才來電辦理入住。 總之，還不如定他前面的那個瀾山居了，我定的早提前了半個多月，當時看的時候人家才三百多，我感覺怎麼著也不會比這家更差了吧？或者乾脆定到關嶺縣，鎮寧鎮上的酒店，雖然有點距離，但是總比景區附近性價比高多了。 供後來人參考吧。

We set out early in the morning and visited all three attractions before one o'clock in the morning to avoid peak hours. The experience is very strong. The room also has a good view.
