我們一起是大學生出來遊玩，酒店接送服務震驚到我，由於我們沒有開車出來，坐的巴士！衹要到了黃果樹景區周邊任何一個地方酒店都可以免費接送，一天二天都在接送，很值得推薦，看着酒店門口他們停車也挺方便得，很不錯的酒店。

酒店房間空間也夠用，看着介紹總以為有點小，但是進了房間也夠用了。房間佈置温馨。更至於酒店服務更好，不僅僅可以免費接送景區，還幫忙代購景區門票，介紹景區遊玩方式。讓我們一家對這個陌生的景區瞭如指掌。遊玩起來超級輕鬆。樓下餐廳也是他們自己開的，口味很好。值得推薦。

客棧位處半山，距離黃果樹瀑布售票處不到20分鐘步程，房東提供景區接送服務。房間設施較舊，吹風機壞了，小包裝的淋浴露不太夠用，衞生還可以，適合預算不高的朋友。

房間空間很小，設施陳舊，服務態度不好，房間沒有燒熱水的，衞生間異味非常大，導致房間也隱隱有味道，淋雨也是壞的，漏水無法固定，勉強能用。整體非常失望。

酒店房間衞生很乾凈，一樓自帶餐廳。特別是他們的特色柴火雞真的口味很好。很多種蔬菜都免費。還帶有當地的特色野菜。相比較下來比別的餐館便宜太多了。酒店還免費接送到景區，雖然衹有幾百米。但是老闆的熱情不得不讓我點贊👍

最差的洗漱用品，肥皂一遇水就化了，洗髮露兩包都不起沫。
房間裏有蚊子，有飛蟲。電梯壞了，需要自己提着行李箱走五樓

商家服務挺好的，有過來客運站這邊接到景區，房間的床上用品還挺乾淨，要是商家能把衞生間的環境弄乾凈點就更好了
