1️⃣ **No elevator**: Dragging luggage up the stairs is extremely unfriendly for the elderly and families with children. 2️⃣ **Poor hygiene**: Dust in the corners of the room, stains on the sheets, and significant water accumulation on the bathroom floor. 3️⃣ **Poor water quality**: The tap water was murky and white, making it difficult to use, even brushing my teeth. 4️⃣ **Perfunctory service**: After reporting the issue, the front desk staff were indifferent and showed no sincerity in resolving the issue.

The hotel decoration is too old, probably the worst among the hundreds of hotels I have stayed in.

Booked a double room and upgraded to a family room. The room felt nice. The girl at the front desk was quite responsible: the room was on the 3rd floor, and when we entered the elevator, we pressed the wrong button for the 5th floor. The girl saw from a distance that she had pressed the wrong button, and entered the elevator to help us.

The location is very good, right next to the scenic spot. Parking is convenient. The hotel is relatively large and has quite a lot of rooms. Although the facilities are a bit old, the service is very good. We were upgraded to a parent-child room for free. The breakfast is relatively simple. Fortunately, there are eggs.

The room type has been upgraded, the room is large, and overall it is cost-effective. It is close to the scenic spot and convenient for eating nearby.
