The rooms are dirty. We had to ask for a vacuum cleaner as it has not been cleaned for a while. Dead insects, small particles were everywhere on the carpet. We had 4 crickets in the bathroom. The lights could not be 100% switched off during the night. Overall it was not a satisfying stay at all. The only positive thing is the location as it is very close to the ticket office.

The young lady at the store was very nice. I called to ask how to get to the hotel. The young lady learned that our luggage was heavy and there was a traffic jam and she had to take a detour to pick us up and take us to the hotel. The hotel environment is great, the room is spacious, very clean, the price is not high, it is close to the scenic spot, and there is a bonfire party at the door at night ~ super praise!
