The room is too cold and the air conditioner can't be turned on

There was a Feixiang Hotel in Zhenlai, which should be a good hotel of this level. However, we encountered something very unpleasant when checking out. Many hotels now do not have the procedure of checking rooms, but Feixiang does, and it is very slow. It happened that one of our companions accidentally broke a glass (estimated to be less than 5 yuan in quality), and the front desk said that he would pay 16 yuan. Well, let's pay 16 yuan, although it was not good, because the glass fell from the table to the table, and it was only less than 10 cm high. So we complained a little. We paid the money, but the front desk staff was still delaying, and it felt like they were deliberately slowing down, and finally they were willing to return the deposit. I hope the hotel will not treat guests like this in the future. We will not stay in this kind of hotel management again, nor will we recommend it.
