At noon, there is also pot cover noodles, which are cheap and good. When we went to eat, it was almost two o'clock in the afternoon. The waiter and the chef did not hesitate to open the pot to cook noodles and prepare dishes for us. Orange juice was also served. We were very happy to taste the local specialty food pot cover noodles, yau rou noodles and pork liver noodles were delicious and satisfying. Thank you! But response was swift, so too was delivery of the order. However, the ”Ceasar Salad” was sorrowful! Lettuce leaves awash in some sort of watery white fluid, with no discernable taste, some croutons and a few pieces of dried bacon. Especially disappointing given how lovely the fruit and vegetables are most of the time in China. Main course ”Lemon and Herb Chicken” should have been listed as ”Lemon and Herb Skin and Bones”!!! There was virtually NO actual chicken meat. Roated tomatoes and asparagus were lovely, Dessert was uninspiring, but compared to the salad and main course for sure the best course. The Wine? Completely undrinkable. Opened, poured a small amount to taste, spoilt. It happens, sadly! Would be a good idea to open the wine to test before serving

Walking distance from railway station and has many restaurants and convenience shops nearby. Staffs were friendly and enjoyed good weekend family trip in Zhenjiang.
