The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful environment, parks and new facilities. Xiao Pan and Yuan Yuan at the front desk provided great service and enthusiastically introduced us to the surrounding attractions. We left something in the room and they also helped with the express delivery.

Nice hotel, above my expectations especially the service and overall staff’s attitude, very professional and willing to help in any situation. The rooms are getting a bit dated but still ok, only two bad notes: 1) room windows are completely without any kind of soundproof therefore the outside sounds are quite strong and the room can get noisy, 2) the “gym” is mainly a bunch of old gym tools and machines put together in a corner of a floor, quite old, used out and in same case dangerous (rust, unstable….).

The parking lot is also convenient for parking. The front desk is very warm. It was originally booked for each room. There was a breakfast. The front desk also sent three more. The breakfast was buffet and there were many varieties. For self-driving tours, it will be more friendly. It is still a little distance from the center of Zhenjiang. But if you want to find a place with less people and a quieter place, it is still possible here. This area may be in a development state, and the surrounding area will look a bit deserted, but at night, Xinhu Square is very lively, and many locals will come out for a walk. Overall check-in is OK, there is a small gift when checking out.

After all, it is an old-fashioned star-rated hotel. The service is still remarkable. The items left in the guest room were found in time, and the front desk carefully confirmed and returned them. It is a hotel that you can stay at ease. The decoration of the room is a bit old. The restaurant on the first floor has been newly renovated, which is refreshing. The design of the dining table is more reasonable, and the dishes are more exquisite than before.
