All good except the room service, which I was forced to use, as I had to work late from my room. Ordering was not at all simple (having not spotted the QR code notice on the fridge work top. But response was swift, so too was delivery of the order. However, the ”Ceasar Salad” was sorrowful! Lettuce leaves awash in some sort of watery white fluid, with no discernable taste, some croutons and a few pieces of dried bacon. Especially disappointing given how lovely the fruit and vegetables are most of the time in China. Main course ”Lemon and Herb Chicken” should have been listed as ”Lemon and Herb Skin and Bones”!!! There was virtually NO actual chicken meat. Roated tomatoes and asparagus were lovely, Dessert was uninspiring, but compared to the salad and main course for sure the best course. The Wine? Completely undrinkable. Opened, poured a small amount to taste, spoilt. It happens, sadly! Would be a good idea to open the wine to test before serving

I recently stayed in a hotel with a great experience, and I must share it with you! Zoey, the front desk staff, not only handled the service quickly, but was also very considerate. She introduced the hotel's facilities and services in detail to me, answered all my questions, and was friendly and polite, which made me like this hotel more. When I walked into the room, I was even more impressed. The room is large, warm and elegant, and the decoration style is simple but not out of style. The bed is moderately soft and hard, the quilt and pillow are clean and soft, and it is very comfortable to sleep. You can feel the hotel's attention to detail. The hygiene of the room is also impeccable, the furniture is neatly arranged, the bathroom has no odor, and the quality of toiletries is also very good. The hair dryer and toilet are much better than another five-star hotel in the city center. The river view room has a great view, and the breakfast is also rich. The small wontons, old duck vermicelli soup, scallion pancakes, etc. are delicious. Sherry at the guest service center is very timely and has a very good attitude, and responds to requests in a timely manner. In addition, the location of the hotel is also very convenient, with an independent parking lot, very close to Sanshan Yidu, and it is also very pleasant to go downstairs and walk along the river. It is very convenient to travel whether you choose public transportation or take a taxi. This stay experience is really great, from service to facilities, every aspect is satisfactory. I strongly recommend it to all friends, and I will come again if I have the chance!

Very satisfying travel accommodation experience. Excellent location, opposite the popular Yong'an Vegetable Market, with a snack street. It's not far to take a taxi. The hotel room facilities are very new, clean and sanitary, and the waiters are also warm and friendly.

It happened to be a rainy day yesterday, and my clothes and coats were soaked, and I didn't bring extra clothes. The front desk lady was very considerate and said that the hotel provides self-service laundry. Later, seeing that it was inconvenient for me to go downstairs, she went directly to the room to help me wash and dry it, and then sent it back to the room. In the end, she didn't even want to charge me. Just for such professional, meticulous and thoughtful service, I give you five stars because the highest is only five stars. I left this beautiful town with full of emotion. I will come to Zhenjiang again in autumn and see you again!

The hotel environment is very good, opposite Beigushan. I was upgraded to a family room when I checked in, so happy 😃 The room is super large, and there is also a reading and tea area. There are many books in the room, including foreign masterpieces and Chinese classics, which is really good! The hotel is very close to Jinshan Xijindu, and it takes about 10 yuan by taxi. I will choose Ramada next time I come to Zhenjiang!

Undoubtedly, Yunfeng Jiahe Hotel is the most satisfying hotel I have stayed in many hotels over the years. The hotel is in Suning Building, not far from Zhenjiang Station and Sanshan Yigudu. The booked room is on the 49th floor. It is very quiet and has a wide view. The dining near the hotel is very rich. Yong'an Road Snack Street is separated from Suning Building. The boss is very good. From the check-in to the last luggage storage after check-in to the store after check-out, the boss has given very intimate care. Thank you here. The sanitation and cleaning of the hotel room is also in place, the toiletries are high-end, and the bottled drinking water is also very sufficient (this is not possible in five-star hotels), massage chairs, refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens, induction cookers, dishes and other daily necessities are all available. A large part of the pleasant experience of this trip to Zhenjiang came from the five-star experience of staying in Yunfeng Jiahe. Later, Zhenjiang will definitely choose Yunfeng Jiahe without hesitation.

其他的都沒什麼，走的時候還給了我熱水都挺好的，我只是有一點不理解，我看了你們的不同房型實例圖，我就想要大窗户所以定了高級大床房，為什麼最後給我的是一間和普通大床房實例圖一摸一樣的小窗户房間，我一開始沒想起來，太累了躺床上後才覺得不對勁，所以這兩個房型的區別在哪裡，高級大床房還貴20塊錢………

全國住那麼多酒店，漢庭還是闊以滴，漢庭酒店勝在質量比較穩定，基本不太會有令人驚訝之事發生。該有的設備都有了:自助早餐，不限量的飲用水，洗衣房，晾衣繩，獨立空調，能看電視台的電視。出差住住，家裡人出來旅遊住住，都是比較務實的價格。以後出來玩兒儘量首選漢庭。

Great hotel with good amenities. Not far from downtown fun. Breakfast was good & hot. Staff was super helpful friendly & professional. Shower and bathroom had more than enough room (a pet peeve of mine is a tiny bathroom). Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend. Great deal for the price
