Zhenjiang Jingkou District Hotels

All good except the room service, which I was forced to use, as I had to work late from my room. Ordering was not at all simple (having not spotted the QR code notice on the fridge work top. But response was swift, so too was delivery of the order. However, the ”Ceasar Salad” was sorrowful! Lettuce leaves awash in some sort of watery white fluid, with no discernable taste, some croutons and a few pieces of dried bacon. Especially disappointing given how lovely the fruit and vegetables are most of the time in China. Main course ”Lemon and Herb Chicken” should have been listed as ”Lemon and Herb Skin and Bones”!!! There was virtually NO actual chicken meat. Roated tomatoes and asparagus were lovely, Dessert was uninspiring, but compared to the salad and main course for sure the best course. The Wine? Completely undrinkable. Opened, poured a small amount to taste, spoilt. It happens, sadly! Would be a good idea to open the wine to test before serving

The decoration feels very new and the style is small and fresh. I like it very much. Because the room type I booked was no longer available, I was upgraded to a room with a projector for free. The service was very good. The washroom and shower room are separate, and the wet and dry separation is also great.

Although Hampton by Hilton is some distance away from the city, it has a very high cost-effectiveness. Opened 24 years ago. It is in its prime period of use, clean and comfortable, and the supplies are of high quality. Although the breakfast cannot be compared with that of the old five-star hotels, it has basically reached the standard of quasi-four-star hotels and is better than the buffet breakfast of some hotels. Therefore, I highly recommend this hotel to friends who drive to Zhenjiang.

The hair dryer and toilet are much better than another five-star hotel in the city center. The river view room has a great view, and the breakfast is also rich. The small wontons, old duck vermicelli soup, scallion pancakes, etc. are delicious. Sherry at the guest service center is very timely and has a very good attitude, and responds to requests in a timely manner. In addition, the location of the hotel is also very convenient, with an independent parking lot, very close to Sanshan Yidu, and it is also very pleasant to go downstairs and walk along the river. It is very convenient to travel whether you choose public transportation or take a taxi. This stay experience is really great, from service to facilities, every aspect is satisfactory. I strongly recommend it to all friends, and I will come again if I have the chance!

Bad experience: 1: I was supposed to check in at 14:00, but I came at 17:00 and they said the cleaning was not done yet, as if it was my fault, and asked me to wait there, without even a glass of water (there is no way it is cheap, there is a reason for cheapness) 2: The hotel has no elevator 3: The previous customer did not finish the water bottle and did not change it 4: They also forgot to give me towels, and I called the front desk but there was no apology The new hotel needs to improve greatly, especially the service attitude

Although the hotel is newly opened, the surrounding environment is very good, and there are some small shops for eating, such as Wei Jiangnan Huaiyang Food Store. The waiter is also very enthusiastic, the consultation is also answerable, and the service is thoughtful. (Forgot to take breakfast photos, the taste is also very good, the quality of the hotel all seasons)

The room facilities are relatively new, the environment is quiet, the room is very clean, the service attitude is also very good, that is, sleeping at night is a bit stuffy, others are very good.

The second time I went to Danyang for something, I decisively stayed at Mingdu Hotel again. All kinds of services were very considerate and full of details. Starting from a tea break corner in the lobby, a pot of brown sugar ginger tea was kept warm, which relieved a lot of fatigue for the day! After we checked in, we went out to eat and returned to the room. We found that the room was ready with fruits, yogurt, and heated Tremella soup. This is the standard service of the hotel, but I didn’t expect that there would be new details this time. The room attendant would be very considerate to disassemble the slippers and put them at the head of the bed, and put the anti-slip mat in the bathroom! And by the way, the Mingting Restaurant and Bar on the first floor is really great, the dishes taste very good, and the price is very affordable. I stayed twice, and I went to the Mingting Restaurant and Bar to order dishes every time! ! It is really worth learning from all hotels, very good!

The hotel environment is very good, opposite Beigushan. I was upgraded to a family room when I checked in, so happy 😃 The room is super large, and there is also a reading and tea area. There are many books in the room, including foreign masterpieces and Chinese classics, which is really good! The hotel is very close to Jinshan Xijindu, and it takes about 10 yuan by taxi. I will choose Ramada next time I come to Zhenjiang!
