設施：整體裝修風格簡約，據説以前是人才公寓後來改成了酒店。雖然不算豪華，但細節考慮的挺周到的。比如小童馬桶圈，小童睡衣，晾衣架，寫字枱，還有樂高積木台。特別適合家裡有小朋友的家庭。
服務：前台服務人員都很熱情周到。但夜間值班保安大叔態度不好。晚上10點鐘左右我給前台打電話告知我的攜程權益歡迎水果未送到，前台馬上答應讓送上來。結果這位送水果的保安大叔見到我，先用生硬的口氣詢問我，是否之前確實沒有人送過來水果。之後才把水果給我。搞得我好像要佔便宜一樣，實在讓人不舒服。我有沒有多要水果，前台查了便知，明明是酒店自身的疏忽，反而懷疑顧客要佔便宜？真的是非常令人不悦😡！最後送來的水果也是不新鮮有爛的。
環境：環境比較偏僻。步行500米左右有一個還不錯的本地飯店。附近有一個公園，中秋晚上有活動，鼓樂齊鳴，但是酒店隔音效果不好，所以很影響休息。好在後來9點多活動結束了沒有影響睡眠。
早餐比較簡單，基本可以滿足要求。

酒店環境不錯，雖位於新區 不是特別熱鬧，但也有開闊和綠化率高的特點，雙床房的面積和舒適度不如大床房，但價格卻要貴，不是很理解，但總體居住體驗還不錯。酒店人員的服務態度相當不錯，早飯也豐盛。最關鍵一點離高速口很近。

房間住的很滿意，環境很好，旁邊就是新湖公園，晚上去散散步，看看公園風景挺好的，還有金山焦山北固山，非常滿意！五星好評，前台服務態度非常好，入住還送歡迎水果，早餐是自助早餐，種類很多，中餐西餐都有，很好吃，帶家裡人來玩也很高興！滿意！

洗澡水也很大，酒店還貼心贈送了早餐和歡迎水果
