窗簾上竟然有幾處血跡，拖鞋破的，更鬧心的是花灑非得要用手拿着洗澡，如果掛在牆上，水一開它就偏向牆角方向（視頻）。體驗感很差的一次入住。房價427元，很不值得！在鎮江這個城市427住這樣的酒店，真的不推薦！

來鎮江的首選，離高鐵站近，房間很大，住的舒服，乾淨整潔，服務態度也不錯。早餐品種很多，口味豐富。去周圍景點玩也比較方便。

五一出遊，預訂豪華商務房間，實際入住普通標間，差距很大。非常差的一次入住體驗。服務人員還狡辯這就是豪華商務房間。前兩張是實際入住的房間，第三張是我們預訂的房間。

整體入住感覺還不錯，十一去鎮江玩，定了兩間房雖然房間不是很大，但是整體還算温馨，早餐也還可以，父母和孩子都很滿意。

建議預訂帶窗的房間，通風會比較好一點，自動開關窗簾很方便，對面是鎮江第一人民醫院，大潤發超市馬路對面，也可步行五分鐘，去八佰伴吃美食，酒店門口就有公交車站，自駕停到酒店的地下停車場，退房時記得輸入車牌，免費停車。外賣都是酒店機器人送至房間，快捷安全。早餐的鍋蓋麪很有特色，色香味俱全，錯過了十分可惜噢。

體驗非常差.首先説説環境：房間內環境還算可以.但是酒店你電梯門按鈕就不知道修修好？按一次靜電打一次.住了四五天被靜電打了最少十幾次.弄一段膠帶紙粘上去糊弄誰呢？重點是服務.前台的服務我可以形容完全是垃圾.我酒店定的豪華大床.前台説沒辦法要我改普通大床.電話裏和我説衹要退訂取消重新定就行了結果平台沒辦法退給前台打電話前台又説這個他們也沒辦法.最後協調半天好不容易才退了.最後一晚因為疫情酒店停業.前台早上十點打電話要求十二點必須下樓.他們要下班了.我説你們退房不會提前通知？要麼就把延遲退房的按鈕取消了.前台給我來一句他們也沒辦法.下班了就沒人辦理了.我真的謝謝你啊！甩的一手好鍋.
