We came from the train station tired, and the staff offered us a free upgrade for better rooms just this alone exceeded our expectations, and we are very happy that we chose this hotel. We definitely stay in it again.

The location is good, close to several scenic spots and the starting price is the same. The room was big and I was upgraded to a suite for free. Good service and very respectful to customers. At this price, this room and service are cost-effective.

The front desk service is very poor. I am very impatient in answering questions. There is no courtesy at all. The overall cleanliness of the room is okay. The details are very dirty. There are tea stains in the tea bar and there is dust on the table and bedside table. The windows are broken.

There were a few blood stains on the curtains, and the slippers were torn. What was even more disturbing was that the shower head had to be held by hand when taking a shower. If it was hung on the wall, it would deflect to the corner of the wall as soon as the water was turned on (video). A very bad stay experience. The price is 427 yuan, which is not worth it! I really don’t recommend staying in a hotel like this in the city of Zhenjiang!
