環境非常贊！酒店大堂典雅大氣，房間寬敞明亮，房間有智能小度非常方便！浴室和床品都很舒適。整體設計有格調，公共區域和客房都很乾凈。頂上有健身房，健身器材全面，體驗感不錯！洗衣房還可以熨燙，挺好的。

來鎮江出差，順便帶小孩附近玩一圈。離圌山很近，心湖公園也不遠，醋文化博物館大概也就30分鐘車程。畢竟是星級酒店，配套設施都很乾凈，服務也很好。入住時感覺衞生間有點異味，也馬上派人來解決，非常滿意，還會入住

房間有一股煙味。所以我認定酒店的清楚煙味的工作做得不太到位，馬桶壞了，這應該也是小概率事件，但就是發生了早餐還行，有麪條交投也算豐富，比如有鹵蛋和素雞，但是沒有葷菜也沒有水果房間還算大里面有四瓶水，這個還是要點讚的。

帶孩子去爬圌山，這家離得不遠，本來訂的是豪華雙床房，前台服務很好，還幫我免費升級了家庭房，酒店環境不錯，設施齊全，全屋小度語音控制，電視投屏也很方便。給我們的房間朝北，窗外一片綠樹叢蔭，到了晚上很安靜，房間隔音也不錯，睡覺時基本聽不到其他聲音，床軟硬適中，一覺睡得十分舒適。早餐中規中矩吧，菜品不是很多，不過無所謂了吃飽就行。

我回復的比較中肯，酒店的環境衞生也太差了，可能是郊區的原因。當天服務人員態度還可以。房間開好了，門打不開，師傅開了半天也打不開。天太熱了，等了半天，才給我們換一間。
