When I checked in, I told me not to use the first or last room, but to try to find a quieter room. However, the front desk arranged for me the first room out of the elevator. I would like to ask, what does it mean to be as quiet as possible? Have you listened to the needs of your customers? I was really speechless. I went to the room and called the front desk to borrow a charging cable. I sounded like I was going to steal their charging cable and emphasized that I must give it to them immediately after using it. The cable sent was still broken. We called for it later. For takeaways, the deliverymen came directly upstairs and knocked on my door. I felt very unsafe. Our room was to be checked out at two o'clock. The front desk called us at one o'clock and told us that our check-out time had already passed. I asked back if we didn't check out at two o'clock. ? The receptionist immediately changed his mind and said, "You must come down before two o'clock!" I'm really convinced. What's your attitude on this matter? The tone of voice is also terrible! Also, we stored our luggage at the front desk, and when we used the storage card to pick up our luggage later, the front desk actually asked me, "Where did you put your luggage?" 特地選了離鎮江站近的酒店，與如家精選同一品牌，所以辦理入住也是在如家精選酒店的前台。服務衞生都很好，升級了房間，連住三天。對面萬達廣場，樓下就有公交車站。

房間電視是有投屏功能的，但我怎麼也投不上去。那基本上這個功能就廢了。我不能追劇，有點傷心。這個店和如家應該是一家 ，辦手續也是在如家的櫃枱上辦的。服務員的服務態度真好，完全值5分，問候很客氣，笑容很真誠，對面過了馬路就是萬達廣場，吃飯逛街都很方便，萬達2號門旁邊是一個蕎麥麪的鎮江鍋蓋麪店，味道很是不錯，大家可以放心去嘗，房間的一切都挺好的，空調也很暖和，但美中不足的是洗澡水忽冷忽熱，水量倒是挺大的，

和如家是同一家酒店，不明白為什麼要用兩個品牌在網上訂房。同一棟樓裏還有其他酒店，餐廳在同一層的不同房間。靠近火車站很方便但火車經過時很吵，要有心裏準備。以鎮江的消費水平來説，這酒店收200多也不便宜。

酒店設施齊全，前台服務熱情，衞生乾淨，很滿意！
