This is the second time I stayed at Crowne Plaza Zhenjiang. I still feel very good. First, I received a warm reception from the front desk manager Tom Liu. When he heard that we wanted a non-smoking room, he immediately upgraded us to a non-smoking floor. The room was clean and hygienic without any odor, which made our family very happy. Secondly, I am also very satisfied with the hotel's package. I feel that it is very cost-effective. Not only afternoon tea and simple dinner are provided, but also welcome drinks and snacks are provided. In addition, the service staff in the restaurant, guest room and fitness center are very polite and provide good service. Of course, the location of the hotel is also very superior. Opposite is Jinshan Lake, and there are all kinds of cute birds flying on the lake. It is so beautiful. These are the reasons why I like this hotel.

All good except the room service, which I was forced to use, as I had to work late from my room. Ordering was not at all simple (having not spotted the QR code notice on the fridge work top. But response was swift, so too was delivery of the order. However, the ”Ceasar Salad” was sorrowful! Lettuce leaves awash in some sort of watery white fluid, with no discernable taste, some croutons and a few pieces of dried bacon. Especially disappointing given how lovely the fruit and vegetables are most of the time in China. Main course ”Lemon and Herb Chicken” should have been listed as ”Lemon and Herb Skin and Bones”!!! There was virtually NO actual chicken meat. Roated tomatoes and asparagus were lovely, Dessert was uninspiring, but compared to the salad and main course for sure the best course. The Wine? Completely undrinkable. Opened, poured a small amount to taste, spoilt. It happens, sadly! Would be a good idea to open the wine to test before serving

I stayed at the Xijindu Accord Hotel after hearing the recommendation from a friend, and I was really satisfied! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the warm reception of the staff made me feel warm. The service at the front desk was very professional, and the check-in procedure was quick and efficient, without making me wait at all. The room was very exquisitely decorated, clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable and soft, allowing me to enjoy a good sleep every night. The hotel should have a bit of history, but the service is very good and considerate, giving people a home away from home feeling! Before I praise the room, I should praise the location. The location is really amazing. On one side is Zhenjiang and on the other side is Yangzhou. The name of this Jiangxin Island is also good. It was originally called Yanzhizhou. I fell down in the misty rain in the south of the Yangtze River as soon as I went there. The room was very clean and the front desk was very nice. Enthusiastic, give us good reviews, and actively introduce the scenic spots on the island to us. If you can see it, please add chicken drumsticks to the front desk.

This is our first time to Zhenjiang. This hotel is within 10 minutes taxi ride from Zhenjiang railway station. On 27 Dec 2023, we arrived late at night and all the shops nearby the hotel have already closed. So, no dinner. The reception staff, Fang Rong and 张师傅, took good care of us by offering snacks and carried our luggage into the room. The hotel’s location and environment are fantastic! It is located at Xijindu ancient street where you can stroll along the ancient street. The museum and old British consulate are within walking distance from the hotel, through the ancient street, past a 观音 cave. Another tourist spot, Jinshan 金山 is also within 20 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel’s breakfast is delicious and good value for money. The hotel’s room is very clean, very comfortable and very nice. The hotel’s staff Steven is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. Upon check out, we got a small trinket as souvenir. I had a pleasant stay and will definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you all for the outstanding service and warm hospitality during our stay.

I stayed at the hotel to enjoy the hotel, but now the front desk was so careless and ignored all the questions I asked. The gym on the first floor was basically locked. My child found her way in and played for a while, but was asked questions by several floors of customer service, as if they were robbing her money!
