I traveled to Zhengzhou for business trip, and have to use railway and subway as transportation. So, I booked the hotel because it is very close to Zhengzhou East Railway Station, just around 5 minutes walking, however the surrounding restaurants and convenience stores are a bit far from the hotel.

Colleagues from the company helped to make reservations on business trips, and the health service environment is very good. Travel to Zhengzhou has been staying. There are residential areas nearby, Wanda Plaza is opposite, and Ersha Park has a long history. After work, you can take a walk and drink coffee to relax. Traveling is very convenient. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Very nice hotel that is conveniently located. The only inconvenience is the reception desk located on the 48th floor, it was quite a long wait for the elevator to go up checking in!

The hotel is in a new Chinese style. As soon as you enter the hotel, you feel very cultural. The front desk girl Coco is very enthusiastic. The handsome concierge guy enthusiastically sent us to the room (forgot what it was called). He helped introduce the hotel's facilities along the way. equipment and surrounding attractions. The super large floor-to-ceiling windows, bathtub, bed that is as flat as a piece of paper, neatly placed items, clean and hygienic, making people feel comfortable at first glance. What's even more considerate is that the little beauty July and the tall handsome guy Jacky upstairs saw me with my child and immediately gave me a few more bottles of water. Radisson Hotel Zhengzhou Tiandi is definitely the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The facilities, services, and humanistic care are definitely beyond your imagination! No matter where I go from now on, I will only stay in hotels owned by Radisson Blu.

Hotel service was very nice. My room was thoroughly cleaned every day. When I checked out the last day too early morning, I can arrive Zhengzhou airport on time by the help of Ms June and a bellboy (sorry, I forgot the name of young man). A packed lunchbox from the hotel was very helpful for me to come back home after the long trip. When I come again to Zhengzhou in future, I will stay again Hilton hotel. Thanks a lot to you all.

I went to watch a concert with my friends for a few days and booked this newly opened InterContinental. The experience was average. Let me talk about it first: It is located in the old city, very close to Erqi Square, and downstairs is the Dennis David City, with many big brands and restaurants. The hotel facilities are new, the receptionist is handsome and polite, and the cleaning lady will greet you proactively. Poor experience: When checking in, I asked for an upgraded room type or a room facing the People's Park, but I was told that this was not possible. They also said that the room currently arranged was on a higher floor and could see the Erqi Tower. As a result, when I entered the room, I saw nothing but rooftops and construction sites, and a building facing me. There was no coffee companion in the room. I called the service phone to ask for it and was told, ”We don't deserve it. If you need it, go to the restaurant and see for yourself.” When going to the swimming pool, except for the swimming pool, all other pools and saunas cannot be used, and the gym is still being renovated. The service staff at the breakfast counter were expressionless and did not greet anyone with a smile. There was no chocolate sauce on the waffle counter, and they were informed that ”they have run out and the replenishment has not yet arrived.” I wrote a review on the night I checked in. The hotel's online feedback was quick, but it was all empty talk. There were no substantial improvement measures during the next 3 days of my stay. The overall feeling is that I stayed at a fake Intercontinental.

The hotel is located right of the centre of city. The walking street have bundle of restaurant and street food, solely the foot step away from the hotel which is super convenient for the guest. The revolving restaurant at the roof top serve the guest breakfast is the plus point of this hotel. The breakfast food variety is good and they have provided 4 to 5 type of soup noodle immediately cook for you. Although hotel itself shown a certain of age, the maintenance and cleanliness still managed well. The only drawback of this hotel is the mattress and pillow is not really comfortable since you can feel the metal spring when you sleep.
