The hotel is luxuriously decorated, has an underground parking lot, spacious and clean rooms, powerful air conditioning, timely and clean sanitation, and provides sufficient drinking water every day. The bathroom is divided into dry and wet areas, with plenty of hot water, making bathing very convenient. The price is very reasonable among hotels of the same level. I have to say in particular that the pick-up and drop-off service is considerate and thoughtful. Our group of six had just arrived in Zhengzhou, so we called the front desk to request a pick-up just to give it a try. When it was almost time to get off work, the hotel chef braved the heavy rain and traffic jams to come to the high-speed rail station to pick us up and help us with our luggage. It was really touching. Overall very satisfied, the service is thoughtful and meticulous, cost-effective, worth recommending! I will stay here again next time I come to Zhengzhou👍👍👍

Facilities: The new InterContinental truly shines, boasting excellent amenities and beautiful design. The lounge also offers fantastic views. Both InterContinental properties in Zhengzhou maintain a good standard. However, the surroundings of the Dennis InterContinental are quite run-down, and the views aren't impressive. The Zhengdong InterContinental, on the other hand, is excellent, offering genuinely good views. While the amenities here are slightly less impressive than at the Dennis InterContinental – for instance, the TV and sound system aren't quite as good – these minor shortcomings are easily overshadowed by its many strengths. For breakfast, the Roujiamo (Chinese burger) and noodles were delicious. While the selection of stir-fried dishes was a bit limited, the overall quality of the breakfast was still very high.

I was on a business trip and passed by Zhengzhou. I found a treasure hotel near the East Station. As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt a strong youthful and active atmosphere. From the colorful decoration style of the lobby to the sweet greetings of the front desk lady, I recharged my tired body and mind for a day. The front desk lady told me that it was a special ergonomic chair of Huanpeng, which is more comfortable than the one in my office. I plan to buy one back. The breakfast is very rich, and there are Henan's special spicy soup and fried dough sticks. It was a very good business trip experience. I will probably choose this Huanpeng in the future!

The south-facing room at the hotel was incredibly noisy. Not only was there constant noise from the elevated highway, but there was also a warehouse downstairs. On the night I checked in, they happened to be unloading goods, which continued until the early hours of the morning. I barely slept a wink that first night. The next day, I reported the issue to the hotel, and they moved me to a north-facing room on a higher floor, which was a significant improvement. The hotel seriously needs to improve its front desk staff training. When I checked in on the first night, I specifically requested a quiet room, yet I was still assigned an extremely noisy one. Then, on the third day at check-out, the short girl with glasses at the front desk spoke so quietly that I couldn't understand anything she was saying. She didn't volunteer any information unless prompted. The most baffling part was when she asked if the amount on the payment slip needed to match the invoice amount!?! I've traveled for business countless times, and this is truly the first time I've encountered such an unprofessional front desk agent. On top of her soft voice and unprofessional service, her questions were simply absurd. They really need to step up their staff training; honestly, maybe just get her a microphone 😅. While the hotel's location is indeed close to the train station, it's a 12-15 minute walk. Given the hot weather, I'd rather choose a slightly further hotel for a quieter stay.

Membership also needs to distinguish whether you must book a room on your Huazhu Club app to be called a member? What is the meaning of the membership card I spent money on? Although I still said that I had a late check-out later, it still made people feel very uncomfortable. From Kaifeng to Zhengzhou, this situation has appeared twice in a row. We arrived early and staff give us to check in early so we can get good rest.attentive staff and they try they best to fulfill our need .Breakfast is very good ,plenty selection .Room is clean ,shower room is good .TV is 65inch.the only things bad about China hotel is have smoke smell.Every hotel I have been in China,same issue and don’t know why . 4 star ,can’t go to 5 star hotel
