Let's just say, my first hotel stay in Zhengzhou was quite an unpleasant experience. Allow me to outline a few issues. Firstly, the most immediately noticeable thing upon entering the room was that the children's bed wasn't properly made. Then, in the bathroom, I found short hairs on the toilet when I wiped it myself. Secondly, the front desk informed us that food deliveries could either be brought up by the delivery person or via a robot. As we were with our child, we opted for robot delivery for safety reasons. However, the delivery driver left the food downstairs. I waited for over 15 minutes, but it never arrived. Assuming the robot was busy and my order was queued, I called the front desk to inquire about the wait time. To my surprise, they told me they were busy, the robot wasn't working, and they could only send it up once they were done with their tasks. This really highlights the poor service attitude of your front desk staff. We ended up going downstairs ourselves to collect the food, only to find that my order had no receipt. This certainly annoyed me. Leaving the delivery person aside, how can you permit unidentified items to be left in your lobby? Meals are simply placed there without receipts, and it seems no one in the lobby is responsible for overseeing this. What if a dangerous item were hidden inside an unreceipted order? Your hotel's safety awareness is severely lacking, and your management in this area is quite deficient. Thirdly, and quite unexpectedly, your restaurant was perfect. I was initially curious why breakfast was served on the 28th floor. Upon arriving, I discovered it offered fantastic views of the Erqi Tower, and the staff even activated the rotation feature, allowing us to enjoy a revolving rooftop restaurant experience during breakfast. This was an excellent experience. The restaurant staff also provided very good and enthusiastic service.

The room is big enough, the facilities are new, the bedding is clean, and the soundproofing is good. The best thing is that there is a bus stop and taxi at the door of the hotel. There are often several taxis waiting for passengers, which is great for people who take a taxi when they go out. There is no need to find a taxi or wait for a taxi. There are welcome fruits, and the takeaway is delivered by a robot! Recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent and incredibly convenient. The entrance to Metro Line 5 is right downstairs, and there are always taxis readily available outside, so you never have to wait long for a ride. Zhengzhou is a big city, and ride-hailing apps are also very affordable here, which made it easy to explore many places during our stay. The hotel staff are exceptionally warm and welcoming, truly making you feel at home. Upon arrival, they immediately offered refreshing cooling drinks. Breakfast is lavish, and they also provide afternoon tea and late-night snacks like fruit and congee. The front desk staff are always responsive to requests and greet you with a smile. This level of care is incredibly important for visitors in an unfamiliar city and truly enhances the overall experience. Considering the affordable price, the service is on par with, if not better than, a five-star hotel. The room decor is very stylish, and our twin room felt spacious enough for three people. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied. I'll definitely stay at Moshang Light Luxury Hotel again if I have the chance, especially since I've already stocked up on vouchers!

The room facilities are very new, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and I slept very comfortably. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the toiletries are of good quality, and the coffee machine in the breakfast buffet area is great! The hotel's decoration style is simple and elegant, the rooms are warmly decorated, and the scenery outside the window is pleasant. The subway station at the door leads directly to the City of David and Erqi Square, making travel and sightseeing very convenient!

The room was absolutely perfect! The service was outstanding – truly exceptional. I'm incredibly satisfied with everything. I actually stayed here once before, after July 20th (when the power was still being restored), and even under those challenging circumstances, the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I was so impressed back then! I was delighted to have the opportunity to stay again this time. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, and there are excellent breakfast options right outside.

The location is superb. It's only about a hundred meters from both Exits B and D of Erqi Subway Station. There's a night market right downstairs, a snack street, and Asia Shopping Mall nearby, so finding food is never an issue. The hotel is quite new, and the room facilities are excellent. The bathroom features a wet/dry separation, and the shower head has really strong water pressure. There are automatic curtains, a huge TV screen that supports casting, and even robots that deliver takeout. I particularly liked the square table, which was practical for both dining and working on my laptop. It was such a treat to sit there, enjoy my takeout, and watch 'Divas Hit the Road' cast on the big screen! I must especially commend the front desk staff – I forgot her name, but she was incredibly kind. When I checked in, she noticed I was hot and immediately offered me ice-cold mineral water to cool down. Later, she even gave me cooling patches, an eye mask, and earplugs. This left a deep impression on me and made me feel incredibly cared for and warm inside! When you're traveling alone, it really means a lot to feel cared for. I truly experienced the warmth and hospitality of the people of Henan! This was my first stay at an Orange Hotel, and it will definitely be my top choice for future trips.
