The hotel is about 26min walk from the Zhengzhou East Railway Station. It is walking distance but not as close as many of us might think. Nonetheless, it is a great building. The apartment units are new, and there are convenience stores in the ground floor to buy snacks. To go to the subway, must go to the East Railway Station as the stop near the hotel is closed. It is a very nice building (not everything is hotel, I believe it is a luxury building where single people live and the hotel have some apartment units there). So it is like an apart-hotel. The manager is very kind and I stayed for two nights.

The overall stay experience is really great! The room has a great atmosphere, and the air conditioning and heating are super powerful, instantly dispelling the fatigue of the journey. The most surprising thing is that the geographical location is simply amazing! You can arrive there on foot after exiting Zhengzhou East Railway Station🚄, which is very convenient for catching the train. Business travelers will be delighted!
It will be more perfect after optimizing the small details~ The bathroom has a special layout due to limited space; the room is not equipped with a washing machine, so you must contact the hotel in advance for laundry. In addition, there is only one socket at the head of the bed, so digital lovers are advised to bring their own power strip.

The service was irresponsible and the sanitary environment was also average. The remote control in the first room I went to had no batteries. The projector and air conditioner in the room did not work. The hotel said that they could not send batteries to the room and asked me to change rooms. The second room had a noticeable odor and no projector, but the room facilities on Ctrip indicated that there was a projector in the room. The hotel room had a ambivalent tone and was evasive. They did not solve the problem and only said that the room did not have it. If you want the same room as the first one, you have to transfer money to upgrade. The communication attitude of the hotel front desk was extremely poor. So the problems were all solved by the Ctrip platform, and the hotel has not admitted any mistakes.
