房間很大，裝修設施比較新，衞生乾淨，服務也不錯！最值得推薦的是酒店的空調安裝的位置很合理不會吹到人，也沒有聲音，睡覺很安靜。唯一不足的是停車不好找，花了一點時間。

孩子參加中招考試，提前訂的酒店，就在萬達樓上，樓下吃喝都很方便，房間設施和衞生也都挺好的，孩子能安心複習，圓滿度過了兩天的考試，酒店服務人員服務也挺好，早餐也不錯

差的晚上根本無法入睡，避坑避坑！！！

要不是有張床且能擋擋風，真的寧願住車上或睡大街。
國慶的天氣空調不起作用？房間裏燥熱得要死，空調是擺設。比蒸桑拿還難受，蒸桑拿還有水呢，這裡是純乾燥加熱。勉強睡一覺起來魂都要沒了。
關鍵是房間裏有異味，酒店還試圖用劣質香水掩蓋，劣質香水加上異臭，加上燥熱，簡直是在折磨人，這裏不要叫酒店好了，這裏最好叫刑房！！！
要不是凌晨入住太累太困，絕對扭頭就走。 這是我住過的正規連鎖酒店最差的一次沒有之一。
説一個小插曲，客服要求加錢換面積更大房間，結果換了個面積更小（沒錯，是比預訂的面積更小）的房間。最後説哎呀錢退給你算了。 ？？？加錢降房型？？？
酒店的人麻煩你們住幾天體驗體驗行嗎？搞出個這麼個玩意折麼人，積點德吧。

服務很不錯，在萬達樓上，車需要停在萬達停車場內，早餐品種不多，但夠吃飽，感覺這個星程沒有洛陽圖書館旁邊的星程高端，有點減配。

暑假帶孩子出門玩，走哪住哪，在鄭州最終選擇了在萬達上面的這家酒店！體驗感不是好！
環境還可以，衞生衹能算可以！電梯裏又熱又悶，沒有延遲服務，沒有早餐！12點房卡就不能用了，我12點40去刷卡，衹給我延時到1點，還好東西都收拾差不多，孩子也聽話！
最讓我着急的是電話總打不通！可能是太累了，也不夠有耐心吧，真實感受給大家一點參考！
