This stay is really satisfactory! From the moment we stepped into the hotel, the front desk staff gave us a warm welcome and checked us in quickly and attentively. Must give this hotel five stars! The room is spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, warm and airy, with great attention to detail. The hotel is in an excellent location and convenient for travel. There is an independent parking lot, which is very important for people who drive themselves.

Facilities: The shower door has a problem and there is no handle. The shampooing tool cannot be pressed.

The experience was terrible, I've never stayed in such a terrible place. I didn't see any renovations during the day, but they started banging and hammering at night. The renovations didn't stop until around 11 o'clock, which was fine. The people living next door didn't sleep all night and were still partying at almost 1 o'clock. I called customer service twice, and they said they went to check, but they didn't solve the problem. They were still yelling and clamoring at 3-4 o'clock. We lived next door, which meant we didn't sleep all night. When we booked the room, they told us that we were pregnant and had an exam the next day, so they asked us to choose a quiet room, but this was the result. When I got up in the morning and went to the bathroom, the toilet and exhaust fan were both broken. They first opened a room for us, and it smelled bad, so we changed it, but the toilet and exhaust fan were all broken. I told them in the morning, and they said that there was something wrong with that room. I was speechless. They let us stay in a room with problems, and we had to borrow someone else's room to use the bathroom. They also told us that the neighbors were partying until 4 o'clock, and they explained to us that they heard it too, and it was very messy. They said that they might have just graduated or something, and they didn't care about it. We shouldn't disturb others. I'm really speechless!
