酒店內部環境雅緻整潔，各個部門服務態度很好。三個特點尤其值得稱讚.一是免費的洗衣服務，服務人員洗後會燙慰後用塑料袋封好，用心貼心。二是各層大廳設定的電子鋼琴，可供學音樂的孩子練練手感，三是夜宵和水果服務盡心盡力。早餐雖説不上豐盛，但也足夠輕鬆享用。性格比極高。

看的評分入住的，三百多的房價，整體感覺一般，很多服務項目，但真正能體驗的不多，公區確實感官很好！房間空間小，衞生有待提升，床頭櫃上一層灰塵，書桌上一層的灰塵、床單有污漬，打掃衞生員工態度很好，對於有潔癖的我，衞生屬於不及格。早餐員工説話太過生硬。整體體驗一般。服務與房價不匹配。性價比一般。不會再去了

非常滿意、服務態度用5星都不足以表達了、是我住過的服務態度最好的一間酒店了、把“賓至如歸”這句話發揮的淋漓盡致。感覺老闆是不是用做慈善的方式來做生意的、太佛心了。
酒店位置還不錯、叫車方便、周邊有早餐店大飯店宵夜按摩店理髮店超市、機能不錯的。
每次經過櫃枱、他們都會站起來真心誠意地向你問好、雖然是小細節、但説明員工真的很努力在自己的工作上。這在日本和台灣的很多連鎖高級酒店都不太能做得到、
備品該有的都有：刮鬍刀刮鬍泡、梳子、浴帽、棉花棒都有。刮鬍刀是質量還不錯的那種、刮鬍泡也好用、特別牙膏挺好用、採購人員挺會挑東西的。
免費代客洗衣要給個大讚：第一天晚上來收走待洗衣服、然後洗烘加熨燙、第二天中午前可以拿到嶄新的衣服。
早餐：我原來沒有訂早餐、但櫃枱送了一個早餐給我、相比大型五星級酒店、早餐種類不是特別多、但是也是夠吃了、味道挺好吃的、有各種炒菜、胡辣湯小米粥油條奶油饅頭、屬於小而精的類型。
退房的時候櫃枱還問我要不要帶一瓶水路上喝、真的好貼心。

大廳裏有免費的茶水，尤其是那個冰的檸檬水，比冷飲店的還好喝。房間裏所有的用品都是免費的，比五星級配備都全。還提供免費的送高鐵和機場服務，尤其是看到房間的十條服務承諾，真的被感動到了，太貼心太用心了，來這兒真的有到家的感覺，以後來鄭州就衹住一灣明月了！
