房間滿足出差需求，主要是説下服務，真的蠻好。入住後有一點小問題，管家立刻來處理，前廳經理小彭立即送來了水果。主要是晚上20點退房是真的很贊👍夜宵是在套餐裏的，但是一點都不敷衍，味道很好！早餐28元，口味品種也很對得起這個價格，當然也是含在我所訂的套餐裏的，離開時準備了冰的和常温的礦泉水，真的很貼心🫰幫我們約的專車（不用我們付費）頂着下午14：40左右的大太陽和我們告別，笑臉比太陽還燦爛。專車師傅也很敬業，開車認真專心，送到東站離開時還在車內朝我們看了一下，是在確認我們進站嘛？感覺酒店和專車的服務都體現了很高的水平呀～對了，推薦給我們用晚餐的阿莊飯店也非常好吃呢

房間設施温馨且富有特色，衞生狀況良好，服務員很有禮貌，可以提前入住，晚上夜宵吃的很好，而且可以延遲到晚8點退房，免費約車送機場，周邊交通便利，到會展中心很方便，爆贊！

這次來鄭州玩挑選了很多家酒店，看到這家酒店的人文服務特別好，果斷選擇了這家。酒店周邊環境安靜，對輕睡眠來説太友好了！
前台小哥哥小姐姐特別熱情好客，我比男朋友先到酒店門口大哥看我一個人提箱子還幫了我。入住有歡迎水果，很不錯。房間寬敞明亮，電視機也很大，廁所洗浴乾濕分離。24h管家服務，可以免費洗衣服烘乾。
美中不足可能因為酒店年份較久，有些設施比較老化了，沐浴頭噴水不太均勻，我住的樓層比較高，每次出熱水需要等待個一分鐘。聽説他家早餐很好吃，結果睡過頭了沒吃上，下次再來哈哈
