Good location (1 station away from Erqi Square). I pre-arranged the check in via WeChat. The form room was basic. I wish the mattress could be thicker. Wifi worked just fine.

the hostel is located very near the subway and just a few stops from the railway station. there are restaurants and shops around. staff is helpful. the place is a little bit messy but ok for one-two nights. it feels safe. you can communicate with them on wechat and it's better to ask information about the floor and apartment number of the hostel (and pass code) beforehand, so you don't have to call them when you get there, since it's located inside a building. I feel if is better organized it can be a great hostel.

Service: Reason for bad review 1. I got up early and worked for a few hours and arrived in Zhengzhou at 10 o'clock. I booked your hotel and wanted to take a nap to replenish my energy. There was no quilt when I went to bed? After communicating, he said "I don't know" and didn't let me get it myself. He asked me to wait for him to come back at 3 pm. I was frozen for 2 hours. The boss thought it was not cold and there was no need to blame him. I hope you have a quilt when you book this hotel to rest, otherwise you will be frozen like me😅
Hygiene: The toilet is ok, and the living room is a bit messy
Environment: There are a lot of people, maybe because of the holiday, the indoor space is small, and there is a password lock for men and women's rooms.
Facilities: Reason for bad review 2, if your door lock is broken, please repair it quickly. I and several guests opened that door for a long time. The indoor layout is not very crowded. Unless you live in the lower bunk next to the table, you can only sit on the sofa in the living room with many people.
