房間衞生一般，床單有點黃，周邊也沒啥，這個沒辦法，下次住不了了，衹有一個熱水器40L，洗澡根本不夠用，另外空間洗澡空間非常非常小，還有這個洗臉的沒有熱水，後來我發現竟然沒有把熱水接過來。隔音非常非常差，隔壁好像在********，我真睡不着，結束後刷**，聽的一清二楚。

各方面都挺不錯的，位置有一點偏，衞生還算乾淨 ，不過一次性牙刷是開封的，沒用。暖氣很足 ，總體挺舒服的。

房間非常的好，物有所值，肯定值得這個價格，周邊看演唱會學生黨性價比最高的了。門有點難找沒有問題，老闆人很好，非常耐心的打電話指路，半夜也秒接電話，非常謝謝老闆。充電器忘在屋子裡了，老闆也是幫忙寄快遞發過來了，謝謝老闆！！！

房間很好，面積不大但東西很齊全，空調製熱效果很好，熱水也足，來旁邊看演唱會很方便，出門就有公交車，店家人也很好。

和爸媽一起來的，老闆很熱情，想和爸媽房間住在隔壁，老闆還專門給我換了一家大的，沒有多收我的錢，人真的超級棒。裏面的裝修顏色看起來讓人覺得很舒服，很喜歡裏面的配色，房間收拾的很乾凈，熱水也很到位。總之性價比超高，強烈推薦哦。
