The flood caused the elevator upstairs to be out of service, leaving us a room on the fourth floor. He climbed up and down 30 stairs by himself. Thank you for a place to stay in such weather! 我是因為看活**演唱會才來住的，來之前可能覺得沒有獨立衞生間，但沒想到老闆會空出來一間房不租專門給我留獨立衞生間，其實是能感覺到温暖的，各種日用品擺設不比酒店的差，如果下次還來鄭州看演唱會，我還會住這裏，種草就完了

房間面積不大，但也設施齊全。周邊環境不錯，比較安靜，步行十分鐘就有飲食集中的地方，離奧體中心，植物園也較近。女老闆態度不錯。

老闆人特別好 而且屋裡也特別乾淨 而且還是在小區的原因 周圍也特別安靜

環境很好 衞生也很乾凈

很不錯的酒店，日常生活用品都有，床很軟很舒服，整體乾淨整潔。樓下打車也很好打，交通方便！推薦！！！

我是去附近考試的，然後這是一家民宿，是在小區裏面入住的，酒店的衞生間有異味，開着洗手間的門房間很難聞，必須得關着門。然後我是早上6點半起床的，酒店停水了，然後洗漱都弄不了，我跟酒店聯繫了一下，説是停水了，他們也沒辦法，我是用帶着的濕巾擦了一下臉，然後就離開了，大約到差不多8點的時候吧，酒店給我發訊息説是來水了，我當時已經在公交車上去考試了。

房間很乾凈，有家的感覺，小區很大生活方便。

衞生乾淨整潔，服務態度很好很親切，最關鍵性價比高，很贊贊贊贊👍🏻
