房間衞生都挺乾淨，前台服務態度很好，辦事看到這家住宿，覺得出行挺方便，就先看了房間，大小合適，熱水也行，基本的設施都還不錯。

店裡很乾凈，老闆娘很好，性格也好。房間也很滿意，乾淨整潔，裝修很好，晚上也安靜，不吵鬧，周邊設施也齊全，離地鐵口，火車站也不遠，離醫院更近，出去也比較方便，很好的住宿體驗，下次來還住這家。性價比很高。值得推薦

福康酒店位於康復前街交通路交叉口路北，位置特別方便，離二七廣場和火車站很近，很方便，附近還有鄭大三附院，武警醫院，鄭大五附院，鄭大一附院是真的方便，老闆特別熱情，房間乾淨衞生，熱水很熱很充足，wifi很快，電視可以投屏，不錯，價格也不貴

位置很好，新裝修的房子，乾淨又舒適，而且最大的優點就是房間有地暖，老闆為人和善，以後再來鄭州還會選擇這裏，而且離火車站、地鐵站也挺近的，交通比較方便，吃飯也很方便，附近飯店也很多，消費並不高，很值

這個酒店新裝修的，衞生特別的乾淨! 位置也特別好，走了沒多遠就是地鐵口兩站就到二七廣場了，離火車站也很近!樓下全是美食值得推薦 重要的是老闆特別熱情，暖氣熱水都很充足哦，離我們學校很近的！

這是第一次給酒店差評，因為每天早上都是被吵醒的！！！！隔音真的非常不好！！非常差！！隔壁説話你都可以聽的一清二楚，大早上一直小孩哭，都是被吵醒的，這也是遇到的隔音非常不好的酒店，隔壁説話就好像在你頭頂説話一樣！！！！體驗感真的不好！！！真的不推薦住！！！！！！真實評價，良心體驗！！！！！慎重
