The hotel front desk lady provided excellent service, the lobby manager was very efficient in solving problems quickly, and I was very satisfied with my stay.

I don't know how the hotel got the four-diamond mark, it doesn't match at all. The main entrance of the hotel is not along the street, you can only see it when you go in next to the Bank of Communications. There are many hotels in the building where it is located, and this one needs to swipe a card to press the elevator. The room given to me at the elevator entrance smelled musty as soon as I entered. There were only disinfected reusable slippers in the room, and disposable slippers had to be obtained from the front desk. The door of the toilet was made of hanging rails, and it lifted up when I pushed it, and I don't know if it will fall off. What's more outrageous is that the bathroom only has a huge overhead shower, and there is no shower. In short, it is not worthy of the four-diamond standard. If you have a choice, don't stay at this hotel.

The overall environment is OK, and the transportation is convenient, but the service and details still need to be improved. 1. Arrived at the store after 2:30 pm and queued up to check in. I was told that the room was not cleaned and I had to wait. When I asked how long I would have to wait, the front desk replied with three words "I can only urge you" without any other explanation. 2. After a lot of trouble coordinating the room check-in, the sewer in the room was moldy, and the wooden boards in the corners were moldy and falling off. I don't know what fell off the outer wall, and it was blown against the wall by the wind, making a popping sound, which affected my rest. 3. I don't know if the room has been vacant for too long or for some other reason. The moment I sat on the bed, there was a lot of dust.
