非常差的一次體驗 尤其是1.21晚班的前台女服務員 正常來説酒店都會有延遲退房這個服務的 但是這個酒店沒有 中午12點準時打電話把你吵醒並且要趕走你 並且作為一個連續住了五天的客人 我想在旅行最後一天睡個自然醒 所以我跟前台申請延遲退房的服務 她的回答是沒有 在我要求下告訴我最多半個小時 超一分鐘就要多收錢 我就想跟他們前台經理溝通一下 問前台服務員要聯繫方式 得到的回答是經理好久沒來了 我説你把他聯繫方式給我 她又回答説經理出去旅遊了 一分鐘不到答案就變了 滿嘴胡話説給誰聽呢？？問她要聯繫方式一直推脱 説沒有聯繫方式 一個在這裏工作的人怎麼會沒她直屬上司的聯繫方式呢？？嘴裏沒一句實話 全程拉着個臉 語氣非常沖 好像我欠她錢一樣 最後聯繫攜程官方客服 客服告訴我他聯繫酒店前台 給出的回答是要看第二天入住量 那請問這個女前台 我問你的時候你怎麼不説呢？？
設施：房間隔音非常差 每天早上準時被打掃衞生的阿姨吵醒 有時候半夜也會被隔壁的正常説話聲吵醒 酒店沒有一次性浴巾和馬桶套 衹有一次性面巾 衞生間熱水要放很久才會有
衞生：床單被罩上有污漬 但是我自己帶四件套了所以不做追究 被罩是開口的 意思就是你在半夜睡覺的時候被子可能會從被罩裏跑出來

跟朋友來鄭州玩兒，無意間選擇的這家酒店，挺出乎意料的，性價比很高，各個方面都很滿意，前台的小姐姐都很熱情，來辦理入住，服務很到位，很帖心，有一種家的感覺呢，房間也讓我很意外，房間很大，很寬敞，住着特別舒適，尤其他們家的床品，我是一個睡眠質量不太好的人，但是他們的床墊枕頭是真的很舒服，總之，跟我的朋友在這裏度過了愉快的一天，真的推薦大家來住，非常滿意！！！
