新入住後在廁所坐下後.無意間發現對面居然有一雙穿過的舊拖鞋.衞生死角還是要注意.噪音就更不用説了.住的房間對面是儲藏間.打掃房間的工作人員這一天都在對面看**.要不就是對講機.感覺白天一直有噪音.

連鎖住了快一個月，中途最多時開了三間房，出於對希岸的信任，首先來鄭州就選擇了這家店，哪怕貴一點哪怕開業時間早了一些。入住後感覺衞生條件尚可，哪怕外面施工比較吵還是選擇持續入住。
但發現整體服務還是略待進步呀，首先早餐事宜，想讓你點好評的時候可以送你一張早餐券，不需要時直接告訴你我們早餐承包出去的，要送不可能！
我連續這麼久，也感覺不到長住客的優惠服務這是一。
其二，老房子房間與房間的隔音不是一般的差，某幾天晚上都聽到不該聽到的聲音，還不好意思投訴，投訴當然也不管用。
而且有一天，我其中一間房前台自己忘記刷卡時收費，還半夜敲門要錢打擾休息，説第二天早上補還要報警。這個就非常惡劣了。
總體來講，服務整體有待提升。

距離河南省腫瘤醫院10號樓步行5分鐘，距離地鐵5號線姚砦•聶莊（地鐵站）步行10分鐘，鄭州東站到姚砦 •聶莊（地鐵站）衹需要6站 （14分鐘），距離金時代廣場附近的幾條美食街步行10分鐘，可以説地理位置還是挺不錯的，出行方便
停車：門口平台能停車
客房乾淨整潔，客房服務員熱情，還有自助洗衣房，值得一住……

不足是門口工地裝修，圍欄攔着，從地鐵站去酒店
還得繞點路
房問設施：對外的窗户隔音不錯，樓下施工也沒聽到什麼噪音，但是房間牆板和門的隔音不太行，晚上能聽到外面有人路過或拖行李箱的聲音
衞生：還行，洗漱用品齊全
餐廳：在2樓，味道一般，餐品添加不及時，咖啡

入住當天中午前台敷衍的告知房型已升級；入住後發現還是豪華大床房無區別設備比較老舊比較吵；晚上打電話找前台查詢房型依舊是豪華大床未升級；中午值班前台虛假告知；
後換到商務大床房，房間還不錯；
