前台服務很差，訂單上明明有免費升級的權益，她都沒給升，我提醒她給升級，旁邊一位服務員很不屑的口氣説給他升級一下，一點不好意思的意思都沒有，自己疏忽不認真看訂單訊息。辦理了入住也不告知怎麼走去哪裡坐電梯，一點服務意識都沒有。我定的是豪華大床，升級後我到房間沒發現和攜程上豪華大床房有什麼區別。我就電話問前台，她説給我升級到了商務大床，我説沒看出來，她説商務大床的窗户靠在馬路，豪華大床窗户靠天井。升級了個寂寞😔，還不如靠天井的呢，不受馬路噪音影響。早上5點多電話突然自己發出莎莎的噪音，拔掉電話線才不響，是不是故意的啊。次日早上我提前在攜程上提交了開票訊息，吃了飯退房去拿發票，前台説要加她們微信，發開票訊息，攜程網上的開票訊息看不見🙈。地上還有長頭髮

整個房間都是下水道味，房間也不給調，在我的強烈要求下才來人把下水管處給塞了一下，下水道口用水袋子蓋住，服務也不好，太差勁了，奉勸大家以後慎重選擇這家，我以後是不會再來了

酒店不錯，但設施得維修了，空調面板壞了，非常不好用，説真的是入住以後累了不然真的會換房間，另外就是早餐真的拉胯厲害，如果不是懶得出門肯定不吃，第一説的7-9點早餐時間，我7點半去很多東西都沒有（這個問題我去年入住就提到過，依然是沒有改善），第三天我八點半去餐廳，結果東西沒有了也不加，就湊合吃，炒飯沒有説因為沒有米飯了，吼吼，7-9點的早餐時間，去早了沒上，晚點啥啥都沒有，這個早餐我覺得就是給他們自己員工準備的，真的怎麼好意思收住客這麼多錢

前台服務很熱情 房間也很整潔 地鐵口特別近 出行太方便了 特別是洗漱台旁邊牆上還配備有小的移動化粧鏡 對於愛化粧的小女生太貼心了 不僅如此酒店工作人員 還很耐心介紹周邊遊玩的地方 第一次來鄭州 應為一家酒店 開始喜歡鄭州 想了解它 説了那麼多 總之很暖心 不管是居家還是辦公我覺得都很贊 推薦給其它沒有來過的朋友

設施：較新，被子很舒服，熱水量大，四個人洗完都有水，燒水的壺沒有水垢，杯子也很有質感。
衞生：很乾凈
環境：周圍飯店少，過年不提供早餐，稍微有些不方便
服務：提供身份證，退房也較方便，停車在地下停車場4號梯有專用車位，出門買票就行。
就是沒有提供拖鞋 洗澡衹能站地上。
