酒店客房完全不隔音，但不隔音還是能理解的，可能裝修預算不多，沒有在乎這個問題，但過分的是明明本身不隔音，收拾客房的服務人員還一大早的大聲説話聊天，跟菜市場似的，太無語了。
所以硬件不達標能理解，但人為造成無法忍受。

一般般，衞生打掃得不太好，很不細緻。桌子上有好幾個用過的橡皮筋，還帶着別人的頭髮，浴巾上面也有頭髮（具體見圖4.5）。價格比較便宜，用攜程積分兑換後就100出頭，離高鐵站比較近，這個價格在國慶節來説算是比較實惠了，但是基本的衞生還是要保障的吧，起碼不要那麼明顯🤣🤣🤣

三人房沒有窗户 很悶 長者覺得不舒服 房間是比較大的 衞生間沒有乾濕分離的 直接在馬桶旁邊就是洗澡的龍頭 太簡單了 而且特別暗特別暗 網絡信號比較差 和店家商量了換了便宜的 一個大床一個小床的房間 會好一點 主要是離火車站近

今天從鄭州回到黑龍江了，有時間來好好評價一下這家賓館了，出門在外，在鄭州這家賓館給我留下了極其深刻的印象，旅遊出門這麼多次，住過那麼多地方，還是第一次碰見這麼糟糕的。5月3日半夜在鄭州東站下車， 大概步行十七分鐘到達這家旅店，衹能稱之為旅店。設施方面:由於加了29元升了有窗標間所以體驗了2種房間，無窗房隔音極差，屋子裡異味濃重，屋內差到能聽到隔壁老兩口秉燭夜聊的私密話題；所以升級了有窗房。有窗房不僅屋內隔音差到可以聽見隔壁房間咳嗽**的聲音，更是可以聽到窗外高架橋上車加油的轟鳴聲，綿延一宿、此起彼伏……床頭插座不好使插不了充電器、浴室換氣扇是壞的、淋浴噴頭是漏水的，居然是向上噴的、洗手枱浴巾污漬簡直不堪入目。管理方面:以上情況反應給前台，前台説空氣扇衹能第二天維修，然後房間也沒有能調換的，衹能這樣。早上6點保潔開門打掃各個房間，然後吸塵器聲和對講機裏面不時傳出來很大對講聲音，樓下不知名工地的裝卸貨物DuangDuang聲，在這裏，想要睡覺應該是不可能的。然後重點來了，房間裏不知道是什麼蟲子，還是前台口中説的蚊子，把我的嘴和耳朵全部咬腫了，應該是凌晨三點腫的，下樓給他們前台看，前台聯繫了老闆，老闆給退回了升級房間的29元錢，説沒有蟲子，是蚊子，後來我也相信了，因為房間裏確實沒有沙窗，三樓竟然沒有安紗窗。我去鄭州是去看5月4號演唱會的，嘴真的腫了一天去看的，心情可想而知。以上種種，全部為事實，希望攜程核實一下情況，花188元在攜程上訂到這樣的旅店，攜程是不是也應該反省一下。也給所有和我有一樣想法的半夜下鄭州東站想盡快住宿的人們一些參考性意見吧。
