I returned to Heilongjiang from Zhengzhou today. I have time to evaluate this hotel. When I was away from home, this hotel in Zhengzhou left me with a very deep impression. I have traveled so many times and stayed in so many places, but this is the first time I have encountered such a bad hotel. I got off at Zhengzhou East Station at midnight on May 3rd. It took about 17 minutes to walk to this hotel. It can only be called a hotel. Facilities: Since I added 29 yuan to upgrade to a standard room with a window, I experienced 2 types of rooms. The sound insulation of the windowless room was extremely poor, and the odor in the room was strong. The room was so bad that I could hear the private topics of the old couple next door chatting by candlelight at night; so I upgraded to a room with a window. The room with a window not only had poor sound insulation in the room, but also could hear the coughing and ** sound of the next room, and the roar of the car refueling on the viaduct outside the window, which lasted all night and one after another... The bedside socket was not working and the charger could not be plugged in, the bathroom exhaust fan was broken, the shower head was leaking, and it was spraying upwards, and the stains on the washbasin towel were simply unbearable. Management: The above situation was reported to the front desk, and the front desk said that the air fan could only be repaired the next day, and there was no room replacement, so it had to be like this. At 6 o'clock in the morning, the cleaning staff opened the door to clean each room, and then the vacuum cleaner sound and the intercom sounded loudly from time to time. There was a lot of noise from the loading and unloading of goods at an unknown construction site downstairs. It should be impossible to sleep here. Then the key point came. I don't know what kind of bugs were in the room, or the mosquitoes that the front desk said, but they bit my mouth and ears and made them swollen. It should be swollen at 3 o'clock in the morning. I went downstairs to show them to the front desk. The front desk contacted the boss, and the boss refunded the 29 yuan for the upgraded room, saying that there were no bugs, but mosquitoes. Later, I believed it because there was indeed no sand window in the room, and there was no screen window on the third floor. I went to Zhengzhou to watch the concert on May 4th. My mouth was really swollen for a day. You can imagine how I felt. All of the above are facts. I hope Ctrip can verify the situation. I spent 188 yuan on Ctrip to book such a hotel. Should Ctrip also reflect on it?
