錯扣了按金還得讓我們上趕着要，説不是我們主動詢問它們可能還不知道，酒店前台接了電話處理事情辦事效率極低，態度也很不好，接了電話一聲不吭就把手機放一邊，我作為消費者還沒説兩句話就説我態度不好，麻煩酒店先培養培養你們自己服務人員的態度吧，沒有這點服務意識還是不要出來做服務行業了。其次就是酒店設施確實也都挺老舊的，電視就能看個最基本的電視，環境衞生也就很一般，住了這麼多酒店從來沒見過這樣的，逼着人差評真是離譜

酒店位置好。周圍餐飲、購物、交通方便。酒店門口就是公交車站，距離黃河路地鐵站大約500多米。公交車一站路。

①老顧客，在這最少消費了20000多塊錢。
②衞生是真差了，同一雙爛拖鞋，我穿了三四次換了三四次，毛巾爛的像抹布，也換了三四次，（其中有一次毛巾還有別的女人的頭髮，給退了房費，除了這次太噁心，其他都是換了就不追究了，也沒任何補償。
③現在態度也是極其的差（見我和酒店經理聊天記錄，無刪減！），大家看聊天記錄，感覺補償像是施捨顧客，這100塊錢我不會收，我沒有得到任何道歉，全程為自己開脱辯解，反而道德綁架顧客！
