我得攜程會員等級有可以升房服務，店內沒有提供，並告知可以升房的房型已經訂完了，第二天業並沒有主動給到能否升房的服務，這一點服務還是讓人覺得沒有服務周到，其他的環境還不錯，舒服經濟裏比較乾淨的，衞生間和浴室乾濕分離，玻璃有啞光防窺很不錯（不是完全透明裸露看到馬桶的），床品舒適柔軟，離正弘城比較近，經濟型裏面比較推薦

第一天那個服務員差勁了很，等半天弄不好一個入住手續，一直是稍等。停了半天來了一個人才給俺辦理入住，第二天那個服務員挺好，因為孩子去考試嗎，給服務員説了一下就給我們延遲了兩個小時。除了第一天那個服務員差勁，其他都很好

考試入住，位置離對面水利環境學院300米左右，5分鐘，附近有超商有丹尼斯，正弘城，走路900多米就有一家海底撈（萬達坊）店，下面重點講下：門鎖壞的，我找前台小妹求助，小妹人美心善幫忙請示經理報修，張姓經理説他們酒店都是這樣！那晚了這點事處理不好影響她休息！修鎖師傅也説他們酒店都是這樣！！太晚了不休！！經理後面和顧客直接開懟説價錢也無法協調！不可能增加安保，你去投訴平台吧！直接給你退房！！大晚上快10點要給我趕出酒店！我第二天考試，心情💢極差！我和小妹都被罵了！第二天考試 心驚膽戰住了一晚！客觀評價不建議單人女性或攜帶財務入住 張姓經理的態度和門鎖安全問題建議平台介入調查
