訂的豪華房，入住前看了下房間，床縫裡面有用過的tt沒有打掃乾淨，我就給前台説讓重新打掃一下。後面前台讓保潔阿姨去打掃，還問我把那一塊打掃乾淨就行是嗎，我再次強調是重新打掃，也不知道後面是不是重新打掃了。
設施：整體感覺很舊 房間沒有熱水 放了很久都是比涼水強一點 後面我會上圖
服務：前台服務態度極差，我不知道是不是沒人管理，起因是我6號在攜程訂的酒店，這個豪華間有兩個房型，另外一間比我入住這間好一些。前面因為衞生原因我就讓前台叫保潔阿姨重新打掃，在打掃衞生間隙我就説看下其他房間，後面看了我同價格另外房型的房間，我就跟前台説我能不能換這間。前台説前面就告知我這個房間已經被一個劇組訂了，比我訂房時間早，可以給我看記錄，我就説那我看下，微信聊天記錄我大概看了一眼周一在微信上訂房，但是我發現沒有付款記錄，我就問前台對方是什麼時候付的款。按照正常流程都是以付款時間為準，口頭協議是無效的，我就問前台對方是什麼時候付的款，前台説今天也就是11.7日，也就是説對方付款時間比我晚，對方哪怕付個定金，我都不會再挑理。然後我就問前台為什麼對方比我晚訂房，有挑房間的權利，而我在前面訂房沒有選擇房間的權利，前台就説對方提前預訂了，我就問你們接受口頭預訂是嗎，那你幫我把那間房訂十年，前台又不樂意了，説我不講理。我明明是按她的邏輯可以口頭預訂，套進去，變成我不講理了？前台又説換不了房，你要是不喜歡可以退房，（變相趕人走），後面我堅持入住，發現沒熱水，房間設備老化，各種問題。後面我退房的時候前台找着我吵架，我都進電梯了，後面還在跟我嘰歪，這種酒店前台是沒人能管的了了嗎？訂他們酒店的朋友們慎重，評分估計都是刷的，就一個前台都能把你噴的吃不下飯，哦忘了説用酒店微信給我寫小作文，模仿酒店老闆經理或者老闆的語氣洗白自己，寫小作文説我無理取鬧（給我感覺是指着我鼻子罵）還是在我沒回她的情況下。

衞生：房間的衞生打掃的很乾凈。空氣也很清新，入住的時候沒有感覺到什麼不適，我覺得很棒。
設施：然後房間的是視野都比較齊全，該有的全都有，然後還有一個全屋的MP3放歌，聽起來特別輕鬆，第一次體驗到很開心。

首先必須説，這是我住過的性價比最高的酒店，沒有之一！（我旅遊過全國20+個省）房間又大又乾淨，關鍵還有個大浴缸，你知道泡個熱水澡對於一個日行兩萬步左右的遊客意味着什麼！但有些小插曲讓我沒能打 5分。第一天回來，發現沒打掃衞生，前台説需要打掃的話要和前台説，但我入住的時候沒人告訴我，房間外也沒有提示燈或者掛牌可以用；前台倒是説馬上可以給我打掃，但累了一天，我衹想沖個澡然後躺下，所以拒絕了；其次是第二天晚上，去前台買瓶礦泉水，回來門卡就不好用了，前台説續住的話要在2點後再做一遍房卡，但同樣沒人提前高知我，而且我下午快5點回來時門卡還是好用的；最影響體驗的是晚上10點多突然轟隆一聲停電了，嚇我一跳；打電話問前台，讓我重插了一下門卡，來電了，然後説可以調換房間，但半夜我還得穿衣服，收拾東西，肯定是不方便的。綜上，房間是很好，但服務還是有進步的空間。不過還是推薦大家去住，下樓2分鐘就是地鐵站，出行非常方便。

早上七點隔壁房間就開始裝修噪音特別大，一直裝修到11點左右，真的無語了，難道不知道有人在旁邊睡覺嗎，非要早上七點多就開始，還是覺得自己的房間隔音效果很好？
